Denny’s

Avoid this Denny’s at all costs. Went on a Wednesday, sitting area was half empty, a slow day and service was still horrible. Were sitting down for 10 minutes before a waiter came by to throw the menus on our table. Another five minutes and she finally decides to sloppily place our table settings down (literally, she just puts them on top of our menus). Got the hearty breakfast Skillet, which did not settle good in my stomach. Bad stomach ache. Did not enjoy my experience there.

Horrible food and service. First of all there was no chocolate milk for the kids. Second, our first batch of coffee had to be returned because the cups they served us in had lipstick from whomever used it prior, gross! Our second cups of coffee were old and bitter tasting, had to send those back. Finally, our third try with the fresh coffee was fine except the we never got the sugar that we asked for. Basically drank our coffee with no sugar cause our waiter didn’t bring us sugar. My sons eggs were watery and raw, my Moons Over My Hammy didn’t look anything like the menu picture, it barely had any ham. And the worst of all was my husbands plate had a hair in it. Never going to Denny’s again. Really bad service and not very clean at all. If I could have given negative stars I would but Unilocal doesn’t give that option.

Los nachos que pedí estaban con poca salsa y no estaban bien fritos le faltaban cocción .
No estaban llenos habían 3 mesas y era tipo 3 am …

This place is absolutely terrible. Terrible service and terrible food. Me and my friend have been sitting here for 30 minutes before anyone would even take our order. Finally I ordered the half of zesty nachos and the nacho chips were completely stale. Never will eat at this location again.

Disappointing!!! Terrible service sat down @ 11:45am on a Fruday no one came to even take drink order until 15min later got drinks the left for 5min and order food sitting for 30min and still no food. Worst part is that I was with my 2yr old and her food would not come out either. Excuses is the cook is the cook! If it would be because my 2yr old needs to eat would have left a long time ago. Horrible service no customer service to at least tell you your food should be out shortly or to at least come by and refresh our drinks! Luckily this will be the first and last time will come to this Denny’s! DON’T COME HERE IF YOU ARE STARVING!!! LONG WAIT TO GET YOYR FOOD!!!12:39pm and still no food!

This is their idea of a delicious sampler. Check out how tiny the chicken strips are and there are only two compared to the other items that they give you four of each. Manager on duty was so rude also. When I inquired about the chicken strips and why there were only two, she brought out a menu and pointed at the photo stating that the samplers came out exactly how they look in the photo, despite there not being any specification on the menu about it only bringing two strips for a two or three option combo. Only good thing I can say is that our server Deborah was excellent. She made sure all our food came out quickly and that we were taken care of despite the fact that her supervisor fell short on the customer service.

Servise is forgetful but it was getting busier. My waffles were warm but got cold by the time syrup arrived :(

horrible service!!! went on Saturday — no one sat us down — we sat ourselves — waitress was a rude older American (gringa) that ignored us — we asked for some ice cream & she stated that they were out but asked a manager & they had it. Went to pay no one at the cashier registered. BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND! Did not even leave a tip! Will not return at all!

Cool place to go if it’s not late and you are not super hungry. Sometimes they don’t have enough staff and it takes a looooong time to be served.

Worst customer service, never greeted at the door and when someone is actually in the front I’m lucky if I get acknowledged, they messed up my pick up order and had me waiting for 25 minutes as I kept reminding them to fix it, won’t be going back again I’d rather drive an extra few miles to another Denny’s.

Breakfast was not bad. Just too much butter added on the grits, I should’ve asked for no butter or whatever it is they use? Place was clean and got Great service from Susie. Food didn’t take long but I have seen long wait times on weekends. I did get good service from Susie though!

Nasty, nasty, nasty I had their guacamole burger and my son had the double cheeseburger and when we took a bite we both looked at each other and said gross. Bad after taste I don’t know why kind of meat they freaking use but it sure ain’t beef. My younger son ordered the pizza from the kids menu and after 2 minutes it was as hard as a rock. The lady asked us to reorder but we didn’t even want anything from here. Done!!! Never ever would eat at Denny’s. Sad part is that my kids wanted ihop and I chose Denny’s. Disgusting food.

I am a huge fan of dennys… It’s been awhile since I have come her though. This Denny’s really stepped up there game. They revamped everything from the tables to the chairs to the sitting rooms to the lights they even added flat screen! The reason why I am writing a comment is because our waiter Adam was amazing. He’s on point asks all the right questions… Isn’t annoying but yet always make sure we are ok. At one point he asked me if I was cold? I’m sorry but no one has ever asked me that. Not coming back for awhile made me feel good. I appreciate when people work hard and he definitely did. Not everyone like to work but it’s no ones fault and shouldn’t receive attitude … I ate as a meal the sampler you can pick 3 things to eat. It was so yummy! And my all time favorite is the drinks is the strawberry lemonade !

I ordered the southwest skillet at about 5am n the morning. Service n waitress was great. Only 3 customers n it was quiet and clean. Love the way they renovated the diner. Food was excellent. I tipped her $ 15

Although, they updated the inside the restaurant there service is slow and horrible. They need to hire new people who actually wanna work! The people tonight works at there own pace and yet with only 3 tables now 4 which includes mine how hard is it to take a drink order when you’re not busy! When a woman is hungry she wants to be served now! Roody was our server it was about time he took our order I know it’s late but i work at a hospital i don’t take my sweet time taking care of patients.

I’ve been to a few Denny’s here and there and this one doesn’t quite live up to the others. I visited on a Saturday for brunch and they were packed without the proper staff to serve everyone.
The waitress was not involved and seemed rather busy. Waters were never refilled, we were never asked how anything was. The Belgian waffles were stale and soggy. We asked for an OREO milkshake and got Chocolate OREO with no notification prior to. The shake had a giant scoop of hard ice cream and the bottom… it hadn’t even been mixed properly.
To top it all off, our waitress gave another table our bill and said «I’m sorry, they paid it. You are going to have to pay theirs». Luckily, there’s was a few dollars extra but what about the people that overpaid? I thought that was an unprofessional way to handle that…

Late night dine spot. Clean & frirndly staff. The pumpkin pie is great. Fresh & creamy. Perfect with coffee.
My coke vanilla float was a throw back. Hit the spot. Our counter water was fast & nice.
Will be back for pumpkin pancakes :)

I usually always complain about any Denny’s but I have to say both the food and service here were very good.
Our server was Rose and she was great. Very friendly and kept checking on us but without making us feel over crowded.
The chicken sandwich I ordered was delicious! No complaints.
I went during the week when it wasn’t packed but the Denny’s by my house is a hot mess any time of day. Keep up the good work!

Came here after a 5 he flight at midnight because everything else was closed. I already had no patience, the food took an hour.
Ordered country fried steak a cheese burger,
The burger was falling apart because it was wet from the bottom so I couldn’t hold it, it arrived cold, cheese wasn’t melted, fries seemed like they were made 12 hrs ago, not just cold but old.
The other order was okay, server was so focused on the next thing she was just out of it.
Overall Disappointed!!!

Denny’s never gets old ! I love how you can go at any time of the day and have breakfast or any meal of your choice.
I always order breakfast, they have so much variety and their menu had changed quiet a bit with a new «moons over my hammy» (everyone’s favorite) including green peppers and more bold flavors.
I went around 12 and it was so full only 4 waiters. We waited very patiently for service I would say around 20 – 30 minutes. I could see our waiter was really working hard and running back and forth to serve others. Managers should really consider hiring more people! I saw 4 people leave because service took to long, but it was REALLY full. Our waitress explained and apologized for taking long but we understood and saw how busy she really was. We actually felt bad for her.
Anyways we got our food right away and everything was very warm and delicious like always. I ordered «moons over my hammy» toast, ham, American cheese and scrambled egg sandwich. The puppy cakes, it’s basically a pancake rolled up into small balls but they are delicious ! It comes with a side of syrup and powdered sugar. And the «club sandwich» also good and comes with fries. Food is always great they where just sooo busy and only 4 waiters for way too many clients.

Pleasantly surprised as they remodeled the restaurant with new floors, new kitchen, new look. The waitress was attentive however, tried a little too hard to sell pies or cheesecakes. I don’t like to be pressured for food that I am not in the mood for.
