Red Lobster

I have never been a huge fan of Red Lobster, but I must say i cam here for a birthday and we had a huge table during lunch. The staff was great and attentive. They got all of our orders quickly and everything came out reasonably quick. I had the wood-​fired Shrimp and chicken which were really good. I got to say I don’t know if it made ma a huge fan, but i will definitely throw Red Lobster back into the lunch rotation.

Every single time that my boyfriend and I come here Service is always excellent! Today we had sofia, and last time we had albert! And both of them are wonderful ! The food is delicious as always :) we will be coming here next week !
We get the cajun alfredo pasta, creamy potato soup, caesar salad, & the brownie! Everythings perfect :)

This one is one of my favorite ones to go to. The location is really nice and the staff is always excellent. The food is consistently good. I’ve been coming here for years with my family and we always have a pleasant experience. The only thing that stopped it from being a five-​star is they need some updates inside the restaurant to the furniture.

My husband and I love this place! We had amazing service from Pandora, she was great! It was almost closing time and we had just received our dinners each time she came by she would have a huge smile on her face. I would recommend this location! Great employees, service and food.

Love this place. They have great snow crab, good service, yummy biscuits, and great lunch deals.

It was not a good experience. I told the lady on the front, secretly, that it was my daughter’s birthday the coming Friday. When the waitress came to the table that was the first thing she said. Surprise ruined. The Clam chowder and potato&bacon soups were bad. The end of a pot. My linguini with shrimp and scallops was straight out of a microwave. The caramel cheesecake tasted as it was in the fridge for a long time. My dirty martini was super small and awful! Super salty and not good flavor. Didn’t drink it. The lobster bisque was ok and so was the Cajun chicken with pasta. Never going back !!!

Went not to long ago and our server was Albert. He was amazing. Not once were we needing more water or needed anything at all for that matter. It was a great experience all thanks to him! Make sure to make him your server. You’ll leave completely satisfied

I love this place! Me and my boyfriend come here almost every month! We are obsessed with the 4 course dinner. It comes with a soup, salad, entrée, & dessert for $ 18! Trust me, it’s worth it. The biscuits are the bomb! If you have never tried it, good luck eating just one.

This a great place to eat. Try the garlic Shrimp and the lobster with butter. Those are delicious.

I had never been to the kendall red lobster. I enjoyed it very much the food was awesome with the cheesy biscuits to die for and drinks too. Restaurant was clean staff was very attent very nice I enjoyed it … I wiil be back

Red lobster is one those restaurants that I enjoy coming to with family and on dates with my boyfriend. Between the people that work here from the hostess and servers I wouldn’t go to any other location but to the one I check in at. Tonight, the place was pleasant it was one of those nights where it wasn’t so busy and you can focus on your thoughts and talking to your loved ones. Although, I’ve worked for a darden restaurant I still manage enjoy coming to this specific darden restaurant for seafood and for the simple comfort. Also, I love the seaside shrimp trio it is must to order if you simply enjoy everything with shrimp. It is jaw dropping watery everything from it being fried, garlic shrimp scampi, and the shrimp linguini Alfredo! I am a fan of shrimp and even tho I can have it better somewhere else I wouldn’t imagine going anywhere but this restaurant! Plus, the biscuits are off the chain you will be ordering them by the rounds and you will be ending
up taking some home.

I eat here often and this review would be a five star if based on food alone. More often than not, I avoid the table service and sit in the bar area. Why? A lot of the servers appear to be unhappy. Now, regarding the food, five star for me. I absolutely love the grilled trout. The half order is a perfect size and price. It has never let me down either. The food is always served hot, prompt and to perfect taste. Even the broccoli is wonderful. Best kept secret, the bar is never packed and I rarely need to wait. Bartenders are usually great, occasionally friendly and very prompt.

For one the food is pricey and cold ! Yes cold my family and I had to send back both appetizers & entrees. The manager was ruder than the terrible food we had. Not coming back for sure.

We came in to an almost empty restaurant and were greeted by the backs of three hosts and a cook. Upon sitting, we waited a good 15 minutes before we were even greeted, given there were another 5 servers standing around talking to each other all while ignoring us. Once we were finally noticed, we already knew what we wanted. Our order came pretty quickly once the order was placed. Food was decent. It would have been better with something to drink though, which I had to flag down another server to get… twice. I won’t be back to this location, and that sucks more for me given that I live so close. But I prefer good customer service over anything, and this Red Lobster lacks in so many ways.

Horribly greasy and flavorless food. My grandma ordered the flounder and it had no seasoning, no salt, and the texture was that of mush. Just horrible. Everything was greasy.
To add insult to injury, our waiter was clearly not interested in earning tips. He would disappear for forever and would come with the wrong food. He also tried to charge us for something we didn’t ordered (thank God we looked at the bill!).
Oh yeah, and the atmosphere is not great either. Soooo loud I couldn’t hear myself think.
It’s safe to say we are never coming back here again.

First off, the food was amazing. I stuffed my face with lobster. But the real reason why I felt compelled to write a Unilocal review was because the manager and our waitress were very accommodating to two people in our party who had food allergies. They had a food allergy to fish and seafood. Obviously, there weren’t many options on the menu for them, but they were able to have the potato soup. The manager had the kitchen prepare a new batch of soup, just in case the old one was in contact with allergens. Definitely going back to stuff my face again soon!

My family loves Red Lobster. We cannot drive by without the kids kicking and screaming to go in to eat there.
Sometimes the service is a little slow. But they are so very nice and the food is great !
We still love to come every chance we get.

Hooray! Red Lobster finally gets it right! I just came back from having dinner there and I could not wait to Unilocal it.
My boyfriend and I were craving seafood. And not just BS shrimp… I mean Lobster and Crab. I ordered the biggest lobster they had (3lbs.). Our server let me choose which one I wanted from the tank (I obviously chose the biggest one). AMAZING!!! Cooked to perfection with a baked potato on the side. My boyfriend got the «ultimate feast» which was also delicious. Everything came out hot and and on time. The biscuits, as always, were amazing.
The server (Chris R.) was awesome. He chatted up with the boyfriend regarding football and gave me a five-​minute lobster-​cracking course once it was cooked. Now, I will be an expert for next time. He was super on top of his game. To top it off, when he gave us the bill he gave us his Red Lobster business card! LOL. I chuckled but it was nice of him.
The ambiance? Well, it definitely lacks something to be desired. It is a chain restaurant after all.
The wait? 30 minutes :(
The parking? Always packed… but plenty of parking all the way at the back of the restaurant.
I was really shocked that we had such a positive experience tonight and just had to give them the props they deserve.
