So happy that while I was window shopping one day that I stumbled upon this unique store in the Grove. Love going to here find gifts! It’s a place where I go in to buy one thing and then up leaving with 17 because one can’t help themselves. Takes everyday items and adds a special touch to them that makes you want to buy the item.

They have a wide array of accessories and some wow pieces for furniture. Great service and very personable.

A globe trotting interior designer/decorator set up a shop full of international goodies that criss cross the map. From cerulean blue Indian lanterns perfect for outside or indoor lighting to antique French keys, vintage letter holders, mercury, silver glasses turned into candle holders, and even a message in a bottle. You can go around the world in 80 minutes in this beautiful little boutique. I’ve never thought I enjoyed home décor until I walked into Design Box and fell in love with half the shop. I wanted to have a magical machine or just magic to make it all appear perfectly set up and in place at my place. I wanted to hire them to decorate for me. Maybe they could do all my shopping. Home, clothing, grocery, book, bf. I wanted to just move into the shop. The Grove is central and I’d be near some bars and restaurants. I wanted to offer my first born in exchange for life-long shopping but my Mom would probably be upset about her grandchild being traded. Then again… she does love decorating.

Thanks to Maria A, I discovered this new shop just off Main Hwy in Coconut Grove. The quaint boutique is filled with extremely affordable décor, antiques, knick knacks and baubles all mostly from the owner’s worldwide travels. I fell in love with these oversized French antique keys that were $ 12 each. I need to go back and get them because they’re just stunning especially to use as wall art. Another great find which I purchased was a wooden Indian prayer bead necklace in the ideal summer hue: fuchsia. He had them in other different colors as well all for $ 8. if you are looking for an inexpensive way to decorate your home or find an amazing gift, Design Box is a must-stop shop for any Miamian.
