Requested same service for move out cleaning. I was already out of town before they finished, but landlord said the carpets were still filthy. Per the receipt, they will redo if unsatisfied. My ex-​landlord and I both called and left numerous messages and didn’t get a return call.
The second guy seemed to be the owner and his service was not even close to the same service I received from the first guy they sent. If you can’t get Tony, don’t waste your money.
