Every time I come here the coffee is terrible. Either cold, too much cream or too much sugar, or extremely hot. They can’t seem to follow requests from their customers. I always ask for«a splash of cream» and I get cream with a splash of coffee. I’d only come here for the sweets if there’s an event at work other than that, I’d rather pay the extra $ 2 at Starbucks. Quality over price!

Inefficient and slow. I stopped in for a cup of coffee and manning the drive thru and the walk up counter was just too much for the team to handle.

I’ve never been to a DD that has NO Munchkins ATALL… and has only like 4 – 5 other varieties! It’s a doughnut shop, for crying out loud.

I was in town on business for a week, a couple of weeks ago and this was the location I stopped at on the way into the office. The drive thru seemed regularly busy so I always just went inside and the customer service was fantastic and the coffee was always correct and refreshing. It was fast, efficient and clean!

3:30 June 5th go through the drive-thru on free donut day. Order two hot coffees cream, sugar, cookies dough flavoring(not super difficult), and two donuts. Proceed to charge us for the donuts, then ask us if we would like free donuts. Then they manage to mess up our coffee order. They basically just didn’t even listen to our order and did what they wanted to. Go to another dunkin.

This establishment is on my way to work, so I come frequently. The drive-thru line can be long though it moves quickly. I always order the same drink. Large iced French vanilla coffee, cream and sugar. Always comes out delicious, and I am picky when it comes to my coffee. Minus one star because when I did order donuts, with filling i couldn’t find any. Bummer. The inside is always clean, and they have a conference room for rent. \ Employees are always pleasant. Just work on actually having filling in the donuts pleaseeeeeeeeeeee

This place should be so much better than it is. The interior is very nice and well maintained. The service though leave something to be desired. Can we say slow??? Like molasses slow. Usually there is only one person working the counter. Seems like most people drive through. If you go inside be ready to wait on your order. DD’s tend to be pretty snappy and keep the people moving. This one needs to oversight to see what they holdup is.

Meh. That’s what best describes this Dunkin Donuts. Though it is newish and has a rentable conference room(Let’s have a meeting at Dunkin Donuts and close that big deal!?), I go for donuts. The donut selection has been getting thinner and thinner, as they focus on coffee and sandwiches and other non-donut offerings. The ones they have left are getting worse in quality. Obviously they aren’t cooking them there, but probably the day before in some big warehouse in Medley or something. I’d rather drive the five miles down US1 to Krispy Kreme and get the real deal.

So the best thing about this spot was the cronut. I’ve heard so much about it,(in NYC obvi) but since they attempted it here, I figured I’d give it a try and see if it’s as good as the NY hype. It was delicious. Soft, Flakey, sweet, yet not over powering. I also ordered a French roll sandwich, sauce on the side, hash browns, and an iced coffee. I was asked if I wanted my coffee with sugar, unfortunately, I didn’t get any. The sauce for the sandwich was given to me in a small DD cup and there wasn’t even enough to spread completely on the bun. The hash browns were burnt and stuck together. I usually don’t have a bad experience when I come here, but this time wasn’t that great. All in all I would rather stop at Aroma or Starbucks for coffee, but I definitely recommend Dunkin Donuts for their donuts, especially the Cronut!

First time seeing a conference room that you can reserve at a dunkin donuts! Great idea. Seats 6. The dining area also has a lot of tables and counter space for those that might want to work or study. The space is very open and inviting which I like. The only downside is traffic in this area can get bad during peak hours. Parking can be limited since it is a small shared lot. But overall the service was quick and staff was friendly. I got a coffee and egg and cheese wrap. They were both fresh and tasted great!

How do you call yourself Dunkin’ DONUTS and not have any donuts? My boyfriend and I made a late night run recently, and, after standing there for a while trying to decide what we wanted, were told that they had run out of donuts. While we didn’t see any out, we just figured a new batch was being made. However, this was not the case. The guy didn’t even bother to have a sign up or warn customers in any way. When my boyfriend inquired about whether he’d get a free coffee with the card and app, the guy very rudely simply said no. He didn’t bother himself to explain how it worked to my boyfriend. While there, a young lady walked into the place because no one bothered taking care of her at the drive-thru window. The service here is awful, and it’s completely ridiculous for a donut shop to not have any donuts. It’s called making more!

Dunkin’ Donuts brand coffee, bagels, and doughnuts are always good. The service here was horrifying. Had the absolute worst experience here after I placed an order before a work function. Was belittled by the staff at the drive through window. I will honestly forego coffee rather then returning to this location. It’s not worth it, people!

These guys could use some help in the customer service department. I was interrupted me halfway through ordering my doughnuts to ask if there would be more than six, so that he could key it in and then run to go get them. Our order was fine for the most part, except for one doughnut was wrong. The coffee was good as usual though.

They have a drive thru. My favorite coffee is DD, unlike their competition it is not bitter and so heavy it turns your stomach. This location is near my daughters apartment and when I have a sleepover we head over here in our pajamas, which is why I love their drive thru, LOL. They are super friendly, and get my coffee perfect every single time. Good prices and many breakfast options other than donuts as well. I could use some DD right now.

The entrance and parking sucks. The store was clean, and the doughnuts were fresh. The cashier and staff were very professional. Unfortunately though, my wife ordered one of their breakfast sandwiches, and they made it wrong. She ordered a new one again, and they forgot to put bacon on it. Finally, after the thrid try they were able to make what we paid for. I can’t understand why it was so hard to make a breakfast sandwich since there are only so many options, and it clearly says what to put on it on their ordering system.

something about this location was very inviting. aside from that, this location offers what every other DD offers: coffee and donuts. this location, however, offers FRESH donuts– not dry, hard donuts like other locations.

I feel like more like I’m at the dentist every time I visit this Dunkin’ Donuts. Should getting a simple coffee be like pulling teeth? No matter who is working the window or the speakerbox, the order is always wrong. Starbucks manages to get their customer’s preposterous orders correct through a similar box… so what’s the deal here? Going downhill fast – hope they hire some better people or upgrade their equipment.

This is a new location and conveniently located off of US1 by the Dadeland Mall area. Parking is limited as it is in a small shopping center and the parking is shared amongst several businesses. They do have a drive-thru, which is awesome. For my first visit, service was great. This is a good, alternative to the nearby Starbucks.

I’ve always loved DD coffee for the simplicity of just being a great cup of coffee without any embellishments and for the non-inflated fancy price. This new DD is very convenient when you’re in the daily morning rush because they have a very fast drive-thru. The staff is also very courteous…

This location is great! Right off of US1 and has a drive-thru window! Inside the store is all clean and nice. They have wifi there and outlets under the seats to plug your laptop into if you need it. They also have a few TV’s on the wall with news channels on which is a break from the norm. The icing on the cake(or donut)(boooo) is that they have a conference room here that you can reserve for business meetings. The room has a big conference table and around 8 or 9 seats and its own TV in it.
