As of 1-11-2016 this Dunkin Donuts is closed, they demolished the inside and will not be reopened. There is a sign on the door telling everyone this only«We have closed go to 117th Ave and 88th Street for your donuts. Very unprofessional and it is a representation of how they used to run this place. At any given time of the day there was only 2 or 3 trays of donuts or less. I can see now why it closed and always wondered how they stayed in business in the first place. This place was possibly a front for money laundering if I had to guess.

We walked like 30 minutes to get to this DD and to try our favorite drink«dunkaccino.» Unfortunately we were very dissapointed starting with the poor customer service provided by the so called«manager.» First I asked her to describe the small variety of donuts flavor she had, she was short in words and seemed bothered by my request. Second, she responded with an attitude to my husband and stated that she didn’t undertand him when asking her at what time this place was closing. Then we asked her to provide us with her name, which she refused and started to yell at us saying that she could to talk clients the way she wanted. I honestly do not recommend this place at all, their donuts are not even fresh and employees truly lack of customer service skills.

Really disappointed this Dunkin has neither almond, coconut, or soymilk. I am lactose intolerant and cannot drink regular or skim milk at all. Can’t give this store my business. Other Dunkin’s carry those milks for their lactose intolerant customers, why can’t this one.

Store has water damage(water on floor while raining). The doughnuts were not as fresh as I would have hoped. Of fashion was inedible, stale as could be.

This dunkin doughnuts is clean and they bake fresh doughnuts throughout the day, which is great, we got there about 9:30 am and they just brought out new cruellers which taste totally different when they are fresh! The staff is friendly, and you can tell they cleanup after anyone that visits, cause doughnuts in the morning can get messy, we made a mess and tried to clean up cause it’s the right thing to do and the girl came up after us and wiped it down, so it was fresh and good to go right after us. So A+ on the attention to detail cause we definitely would come back!

I dont have sweet tooth, I can’t stand eating anything sugary. So that being said I came here because my high metabolism friend of mine that can eat anything and not gain a pound wanted something sweet. Just walking into the store automatically made me feel like I had diabetes, I felt my sugar just shot off the roof :) … But on the serious note this place wasn’t that bad, the place was well kept and the lady working here was very attentive and sweet. For the first time i tried the glaze donut honestly i didn’t like it … I did have the breakfast bagel sandwich which as F*** awesome. ut it tasted good if that makes any sense. But by looking at my friends expression when he scuffed down 5 donuts he really enjoyed it. The coffee is good as well :) picked me up. I like the fact that they serve variety of stuff besides donuts. I recommend this place for anyone who can bear to eat sugar high foods.

This Dunkin Donuts gets REALLY packed – especially during the morning hours. So do not come here early in the morning expecting a quick in and out with your order. You’d be there for a while. They have in the past messed up my orders, but I’d over look it when I get decent service. When you come a little after rush hour, you would likely have no line or a really small quick moving line.

I’m particularly fond of this location of DD because of the staff. They are always accomodating and get my order right each and every time. They’re also polite and friendly and make my quick run-in to DD several times a week a consistently pleasant, quick, and easy experience. Be forewarned; the staff is weak on their English speaking skills. They understand what you want in English or in Spanish, but you can’t make much conversation beyond a coffee order in anything other than Spanish.

Try the white chocolate hot chocolate! It’s available year round and it’s incredibly delicious! The blueberry cake and vanilla kreme donuts are my absolute favorite!

I love Dunkin Donuts coffee. I really, really do. But I don’t think I can ever come back to this location again. I know it’s no top job or anything, but c’mon people, let’s get your act together and hire some competent employees! At first, I thought it was a language barrier issue… But it was just an adventure in incompetence the other day when I went in. Stopped by to get my daily coffee fix there instead of Starbucks out of convenience, and tried to order a Sugar Free Skim Latte… So I ask if any of their flavored syrups are sugar-free. In English. The guy helping me out then proceeds to look at me like I have 10 heads and tentacles coming out of my sides. So I explain: «you know, for people who are diabetic or don’t want to drink stuff packed with sugar, they sometimes have syrups that have no sugar. Do you have those at this Dunkin Donuts?» The guy continues with the baffled stare on his face, so I think«ahh… poor guy maybe he just doesn’t know any English». So I ask again, this time in Spanish. So the guy has no idea what I’m talking about so he goes and asks the«assistant manager», who can’t manage the sugar-free situation either so she has to go ask someone«in the back» of the store. 15 minutes later they finally have an answer for me. No sugar free syrups. I should have walked out. Ridiculous. Done ranting now.
