I wish that I could give this place no stars! At first it was fine because they fixed my phone quickly but… The VERY NEXT day I realized the screen was popping out due to poor workmanship… They said I had a 14 day warranty so I went back to the shop, and got treated very rudely even though it was their fault it was broken. They made me go and come back 4 more times until the owner was back from vacation. Now I’m down 120 $ and my iPhone is more broken than before
STAY AWAY!!! They’ll break your phone and make you pay for it.

Bought a Groupon for $ 55.00 BIG sign right when you walk in for $ 49.99???
Then you MUST make an appointment, ok no problem they open at 10:00 so I make the 10:00 appointment figuring I’d be on my way with my phone at 11:00… I mean it’s just a screen… Nope come back after 6:00 PM I’m told! WTH!!! Why make an appointment if I’m just dropping my phone off… Well hell Im stuck now because I already paid Groupon and he’s got my phone, if I upset the slimy looking dude who works there your know he’ll screw with my phone! So I leave it and come back at 6:30… Not quite ready yet… But yeah he fixed it Stay away from this place and the dirtbag who works here!!!
Another lesson learned just watch out for prices on groupon as this place would’ve been less money if I went directly there!

Bought a Groupon (Kendall location) to fix iPad mini glass. Within one week, replacement glass started cracking by the home button. I brought it back for them to fix. Tech tells me the glass isn’t covered under the warranty-​WTF?!. He also points out damage on corner of the iPad and says, «what’s to say you didn’t drop it again.». I then reminded him that’s where the initial drop was and that damage was on the top of the iPad no where near the home button. He apologizes and said he’d fix it again for the Groupon price. Told him to go f**k himself and left. Groupon refunded my money and was completely appalled that the glass wasn’t under warranty.
To respond to the comment– the glass was cracking merely by pressing the home key genius. The more you pressed the home key the more it cracked. It was either poor product or poor workmanship. You should have taken responsibility. No worries though. Let the people decide for themselves whether to use your services or not after reading this review.

Very satisfied with the phone repair service. They were polite and quickly were able to fix a cracked screen. Good job guys.

Went to the Flagler store a few months ago and dropped the iPad again… went to new Kendall location and had great service again. Definitely recommend them to anyone with a broken phone or tablet

I went to their other location in Flagler about a year ago & nothing has changed, rather they have triumphed and this new location shows it. They are still providing great service with extremely reasonable prices, if you need any repair services for your iPhone or Samsung or etc. bring your device to Easy Tech, you will NOT regret it!
