This place is awesome! It really is a whole in the wall. I go to school right across the street and cant resist eating here at least twice a week. The food is amazing and soo affordable. I LOVE the«chicharron de pollo» and you could have a full dinner for under $ 7.00. I wish the service were a bit more friendly, but the food and price is so amazing I just cant turn it down.

OK, so I finally made it to the hole in the wall restaurant my bestie swears by. Let me just start off by saying that when I saw the door to this place I thought it was a joke. I was scared to open the door(see photo). Apparently a car ran into the place and well, they haven’t gotten to fix it yet. This place is so small you’ll probably miss it. There’s nothing to this place décor wise with the exception of fake plants and these ghetto-fied posters of scantily clad women. There’s also a juke box that goes off by itself and has random music, anything from Flo-Rida to Aventura, yeah, totally effin’ random. We had the infamous breakfast for $ 2.70; 2 eggs, bacon, french fries, Cuban toast and café con leche. Food was yummy and service was fast. I can’t wait to go back and try their cheap dinner. Definitely consider this spot if you’re ballin’ on a budget and in the area.

I AM A HUGEFANOFTHISPLACE. I have eaten breakfast, lunch, dinner you name it… it’s allllllll good. But mainly my boy friend and I go for their breakfast. Which includes eggs, ham, french fries, tostada(bread), and café con leche(coffee) for only $ 2.70. This place is a hole in the wall, their front door at the moment is a huge piece of wood because someone ran into it with their car. It has been like that for about 2 weeks now. They have posters all over, announcing a Karaōke event that I believe finished last year December. Other posters have half naked Spanish singers/dancers. The posters look like they were done by a 3rd grade art class. HA!!! Also, the best part is this one lady she is the only waitress I have seen in the morning. The place is tiny but she alone has it all under control. They have a window for quick orders, you can call in and have your food ready when you get there for pick up or to sit down, and they have regular seating to eat. This lady does it all, and we have never waited for more than 15 min from the moment we sit down to the moment we start eating. She is great. I usually go for the breakfast but their dinner is awesome as well. I always order the pechuga de pollo(Chicken Breast) with rice and beans for less than 5 bucks. El Arroyito is truly AWESOME!!!
