Decided to try this place as the girl who was at the manicure place recommended it. The café con leche is diluted with water. Had no taste. Ordered churrasco it was. Horrible but their midnight sandwich was ok. If you are looking for cheap this is the place to go. But if you want real good food it’s not a recommendable place.

Hidden gem! Having lived in Miami for 15 years now, I have become a fan of Cuban food. My coworker was telling me how good it is here so I decided to give it a try today. Oh. My. Goodness. Best Cuban food I have EVER had. Very surprised. The toast given to munch on before the meal was the best– light and flaky and buttery. Then I had chicken soup. Best I have ever had– anywhere. The Cuban special sandwich blew my mind. Again, best I have ever had. My coworker had the breaded steak and said it was amazing. I also had a malt shake and was in heaven. All this and the prices were ridiculously low. They have a bar, selections of wine and beer as well. Really pretty and sweet server too. Will definitely be back.

Pretty good hidden Cuban restaurant in Palmetto. The staff was very friendly and attentive, ambiance was homey and casual. Came here with 3 other people and we shared only 2 sandwiches and we’re all stuffed! The portions are generous! Ropa vieja sandwich & Pan con Bistec sandwiches were ok. The meat had good flavor but the meat wasn’t the greatest quality. I wouldn’t come back for these but it suffices a hungry appetite Tostones– I really enjoyed these. They were soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Eat them with their garlic sauce and some Cholula hot sauce and u got your self a good snack! Café con leche: Delicious! I’m starting to wonder if you can even get a bad one here in Miami! I’ve been drinking those like water here! So good. Pastel de guayaba: not the best I’ve had here in Miami but still ok. It had a good, even amount of filing. This place is super affordable! Out tab for 4 of us came to $ 17!

Tasty Cuban food is served courteously in this restaurant. The problem is the sloooooow service. They are overwhelmed with the number of patrons and not enough personnel. The menu showcases typical Cuban dishes such as rabo encendido, masitas de cerdo and vaca frita, and prices are very reasonable.

Yes the prices are good, but the service is horrid. Visited sat at 1145, watched a couple leave that wasn’t acknowledged, decided to get take out but THAT took forever too. The place looked dirty: floor and tables. Not enough staff. I stank from 15 mins of standing there(hate that smell). Ordered oxtail tail(hubby loved) n media noche sandwhich(I had to remove the dry pork). Good but if hubby wants this artery-clogging food; I’m out. The place was hot too so can’t imagine sitting there to eat.

Great food at really cheap prices! Only down side is it takes forever to get the food and the customer service isn’t all that. But the food is definitely worth it

Solid Cuban food on the stupid cheap, like I’m not sure how they make money cheap. Like maybe their food supplies fall off the back of a truck cheap, like literally that cheap. I haven’t had the chance to try anything aside from the breakfast, but for $ 3.75 I get a tostada, café con leche, 2 eggs, a couple slices of ham and cheese. It’s the perfect amount of food and I always leave feeling like it just hit the spot. If you live or work in the area this is one of those places you need to be hitting on the regs

I have lived in Miami most of my life and I’ve been eating Cuban sandwiches for just as long(I’m Cuban — so I eat this stuff out of the womb), but I have never had a Cuban sandwich as decadent as the one they make here. By far the best! They use lechon in the sandwich and just the right amount of condiments. Additionally, I would recommend the tostones rellenos with picadillo. We travel from south Miami just for the Cuban sandwich though. Service isn’t great but the food is worth it.

Ordered a pan con bistec and I was sick for 2 days. The food is terrible. I wish it wasn’t. The coffee is good though.

A little gem, hidden away in a shopping center, that well… doesn’t look so great. But who cares! The Breakfast here was great. It was a great amount and the bread… oh the bread! If you know me, you know I really don’t care about the bread. But there is something about bread with real butter and café con leche that I just can’t turn down. The only thing that I would say is a bit different from another cuban restaurant you may go to, is that the revuelto doesn’t come with a side. It usually comes with papitas(french fries or tater tots) but honestly I was stuffed with what I had. I’m sure you can order a side if you want. My husband and I ate for less than $ 10 so you really can’t go wrong. I can’t wait to go back for more.

The best quality lunch and breakfast for the price in south dade. The sweetest waitress’s and nicest owner. Been here close near a decade now. $ 4 for a breakfast w/eggs, bacon, toast, café con leche. Try for yourself. Gets busy often.

Ñooooo que vola? Cubanito restaurant, good cheap lots of food for your money, the basic breakfast eggs toast and café con leche is 2.50 and it’s huge. Lunch is good too beers are only 2.50 I am trying most of the items on the menu but it is excellent and cheap. I am giving it only 4 stars because its not a fancy place and it can get busy there, but overall is muy bueno.

Great coffee and breakfast items. If you are looking for a quick bite or even a full Cuban style meal this a good place. The restaurant is a no frills authentic Cuban café, great for what it is. When I come here I typically order a café con leche, beef empanada and croquetas. The stuffing of the beef empanadas is very delicious, it is not over seasoned it is actually seasoned almost perfectly in my opinion. The servers are very nice and welcoming. Croquetas: 80¢ ea. Empanada: 80¢ ea. café con leche: 1.25(small)
