El Pollo Supremo

This place is like Downtown’s answer to Chicken Kitchen… almost. They don’t offer a lot of choices of toppings. Otherwise it’s just like Chicken Kitchen (which I love) but it would be good to have more toppings available, as well as a list of available sauces.

Quick service and reasonably good food. Good for take-​outs; also has the option of sit-​n-​dine. If you’re coming in for lunch, it could get a bit crowded.

When it comes to food, I am not picky. However, when you mess with an order, that’s a different story. The girls from my job and I ordered our lunch from here.
When our food arrived, every single chop that was ordered had pieces of raw chicken. Also, part of an order was not complete. And to end things, when one of the girls called to let the restaurant know the situation, they gave her a hard time and took forever to let us know that they will be sending our order again.
They get 1 star for only 2 reasons.
1. The delivery was pretty fast compared to most places.
2. They sent our order again (eventhough it took a while)
The food was alright afterwards, but I would not risk ordering from there again.

Terrible customer service. Waited for more than an hour and the food never got here. Called them a few times and they only said that it was on its way.

I have ordered food a few time from this place… And almost always they send incorrectly what i order… When i call they say they will send me the correct later or reimbursement me but they never do. I will not be ordering from this place again.

The food was really good. Only problem for me was the wait was over an hour and they forgot my beverages. Other than that I give them a pass cause it was raining and their delivery guy was on a scooter.

Pollo Supremo has an amazing chop chop!!! The other day we went in and they have amazing specials at 2 pm. Ordered a little earlier cant wait!

I love the chicken and the churrasco supremo chop with brown rice. The meat is well cook. The delivery is quick.

I ordered from here for the 1^st time about a week ago food was super delicious and the portions were sooo worth the money I paid! I got the Bourbon Chicken Chop with a side of lettuce and I loved it~! Plus the delivery to my job was pretty fast, which was pretty awesome.
Edit: I had to take one star away because they recently changed their Delivery Fee to $ 10 and I only have it delivered because I order from work. If I’m ordering from work I simply can’t afford to pay a $ 10 delivery fee because that’s pretty outrageous, even for Miami.

They have the best food in Miami. Ive been visiting this place for years. The customer service is the best. They make u feel like home

Very good price, food is amazing, and convenient! If you work around down town Miami i recommend it for lunch.

Got the supremo chop with white rice. Was hard and over cooked at the same time. If it weren’t for that, it would be decent. Good atmosphere though.

Good food, greAt value and location… frienly staff… The food was fresh and yummy ask about the chop special after 3pm

Fast food, pollo tropical style restaurant with way tastier food. Thumbs up on the food! And good portions. The only thing is that it seems a bit disorganized, like they opened not too long ago, a few modifications on the behind the counter technicalities and this is a 5 star.

Very similar to other chicken chop locations, but pollo supremo is above them all. Best tasting ingredients, and prepared with care, not like chicken kitchen locations where they have only one poor soul doing everything, and you can taste the apathy in the food. Don’t shy away from the congri rice or adding chopped plantain, those are the best options!

Food is very good and portions are generous. Counter service is also efficient. The dining area is reasonably busy, but there is usually a seat to be had.

This review is on service as I haven’t tried the food. I called yesterday around 1:30p to place an order for 15 people (according to their menu, that would’ve been a $ 120+ order). The gentlemen who answered, told me they were busy and asked if I could call back later or if he could call me back later. I opted for the second option as I was leaving it up to them on whether they wanted my business or not. By 5p, there still wasn’t a call from them. I called THREE times and no one answered. Silly me, I decided to try one more time this morning. I called around 9a and the gentlemen who answered this time didn’t speak English. I asked if anyone there spoke English (I can speak Spanish but really didn’t want anything to get misunderstood on such a large order) and he told me no. I’m sure this man wasn’t the person who normally takes the order or if they were even open at that time, but I’m thinking maybe he shouldn’t be answering the phone. Looks like I won’t be giving this place a 4^th try.

Food! Must have the congri with boneless chicken and maduros. If ur not that hungry get urself a chop. Good portion if ur dieting. Sweet employees manager is on top of his game and is caring about our time, most of us in downtown only have 30 min for lunch so its nice to know ur cared for and are gettin ur moneys worth on delicious food. Really their food is almost as good as moms cookin’ in my book thats a huge compliment! Arriba Venezuelan owned business ;) see u soon as i am addicted to your sazon
