ADDICTEDTOTHEBEEFEMPANADAS! Haven’t been able to stop eating them since I first tried them. I get one almost every morning, and spend the morning thinking about them every time I don’t get one Great place, great food, and great people!

Best empanadas in town! The food is freshly made and the owner is so nice. Definitely a place I recommend

So, I’ve walked this place a dozen times during lunch but it has always been on the way to lunch or from lunch somewhere else. Finally, today we just wanted a bite, so I recommended Delicious Bites(and was so happy I finally remembered). I tried on of the beef empanadas and one chicken. The chicken was fairly a yummy, but I have to agree with Juan P, that the meat was on the salty side for both. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed them, but wasn’t blown away. I would like to return to give them another shot or to try some of the other empanadas, just wouldn’t go for the meat ones again.

Ok, so I get to work after a night of hanging out with my ladies(yes… too much to drink on a work night) and of course I sleep till the last minute so I forget my breakfast, lunch everything. After morning meeting is over I am STARVING. I was looking for 3 things in my search… delivery, cheap, fast. Of course we always hope for good… that’s a given. I find this place on Unilocal and it has no menu so I searched on line and went in for the kill. The fact that some people here were raving about the empanadas caught my attention and the price was right by my books. Anyhow, I place my order of chicken, ham-n-chs & spinach empanada a small«cuban» sandwich(no I am not a piggy I was ordering breakfast and lunch). All of that + a can of soda put me in a whole $ 14(not bad!). The empanadas were ok… I guess the reviews lead me to believe they were out of this world but for the price you can go wrong. I didn’t like the spinach one(nor did I eat it), the ham-n-chs was decent but the chicken one brought in some redemption for the spinach one. They are baked, not fried so that was a plus for not feeling gross after eating 2. The sandwich was pretty damn good I must say. Wayyy better than the empanadas. When I was paying and giving the guy my CC deets, the poor thing couldn’t get the #‘s right for the life of him. I must have given him the card like 6 times… He apologized but i laughed it off. Hey… we all have«those days». To my surprise, when the delivery boy came with my food he said the guy who took my order(assuming owner) sent me a small treat for the«hard time» with the CC. It’s was some chocolate wafer bars of heaven. So freaking good! I thought that treat was super sweet. Will I order here again? Hells yes! Pleasantly pleased.

EMPANADASEMPANADASEMPANADAS nomnomnomnomnom! we came in out of curiosity. we tried the ham and cheese, beef, and chicken empanada. I highly recommend the beef empanada. That was definitely made with love. delicious! we also had a cuban sandwhich, and although it was good, hot, and fresh, i did find their ‘ingredients’ to be less impressive plus the fact they forgot the bread in the toaster and it took forever for us to get the sammich and the bread was way too toasted and even burnt on some areas. but as you all know, ever since that one cuban sandwich from Vegas(of all places), I have been on the search for the next best cuban sandwich. however. it was pure delight to have discovered this small establishment in my travels. i would definitely look forward to coming back whenever the wind blows me right back to Miami. TRYTHEIREMPANADAS dammit.

I think that their empanadas are soooooo good. I can eat them all day. Their salads are crisp and fresh. They deliver FAST!!! I mean, I am amazed how fast my food gets to me. The only think I think they need to work on is their soups. I LOVELOVELOVE soup and I like to have a choice, they only serve one type at a time. But I have been ordering them at least twice a week since they walked through my door with a menu. Love this place!

A small new empanada joint opened downtown. They have lunch variety faire but I came here for the empanadas. I ordered the carne(beef) and ham/cheese combo. I found the ham to be overly salty, but the beef was seasoned well and very tasty. The empanadas are baked and in traditional Argentinian style, hard boiled egg in the meat and all. I did not sample the sandwiches but will be back to try a spinach, and a mushroom mixture empanada that hold promise. The space is small but they do have a few tables to sit at.
