Seriously regretting setting foot into this den of thieves. I made the mistake of purchasing a headphone adaptor from here without doing some research. I ended up paying almost 40 $ for a 5 $ product. Realizing my mistake, I returned ten minutes later, they refused to return my money. It would have been nice if I had been told the return policy prior to checking out. It also would have been nice to do my shopping without getting so blatantly leered at. Perhaps I should think twice about shopping while female
Bottom line. Stay away from these crooks if you don’t want to overpay for your goods or be made to feel like a piece of meat. I wish there was an option to rate zero stars

It’s the worst electronics store in Miami. Sellers are charlatans who try to push you products that other stores are much cheaper and use tactics like lying shamelessly. Will always tell you that the product they are selling is different from what you saw with another price in another store. Have a policy of «no money back», because they already know that many buyers realize they made​a big mistake when buying there. The supposed owner, is a fat sir, short and grayer hair, extremely arrogant, rude and reiterates the bad character of the store, their products and their vendors. The seller Albert looks like one of those cheap crooks, lying blatantly in your face, you see the same product on another site in front of him. Run from this store and go to some serious business!
É a pior loja de eletrônicos em Miami. Os vendedores são charlatões que tentam lhe empurrar produtos que, na Best Buy ou Target, são muito mais baratos e se utilizam de táticas como mentir descaradamente. Vão sempre lhe dizer que o produto que eles estão vendendo é diferente do que você viu com outro preço em outra loja. Possuem uma política de «não devolução do dinheiro», pois já sabem que muitos compradores percebem que cometeram um grande erro ao comprar lá. O suposto dono, é um senhor mais gordo, de cabelo curto e mais grisalho, extremamente arrogante, mal educado e que reitera o mau caráter da loja, de seus produtos e dos seus vendedores. O vendedor Albert se parece com um desses vigaristas baratos, que mente descaradamente na sua cara, mesmo que você consulte o produto em outro site na frente dele. Fuja dessa loja e vá em alguma empresa séria!
