Went in to repaire two laptops. I knew what was wrong(apple looked at them a few months ago) with them so i just wanted to know around what it would cost vs getting a new computer. First of all the guys behind the counter looked higher then Macy’s parade float and even if they where not, the general personality and attitude was not what you expect from someone representing Apple. They tryed using key terms like«we are Apple Specialist you have to pay for the diagnostics» I would happly paided for the diagnostic, they said it was refunded from the repair price. BUTTHESTAFFDIDNKTMAKEITFEELLIKETHEKINDOFPLACEWHEREIMNOTGETTINGRIPPEDOFFANDMYPERSONALINFOONMYCOMPUTERISSAFE. Save your time and money and go to the apple store

If I could give this zero stars I would. Not only were the sales people rude over the phone when I called but they failed to inform me of everything I would be charged for. I took in my MacBook Pro for a simple battery replacement that takes 5 minutes(this is according to an apple technician I called) and they told me a $ 60 diagnostics fee would apply to my total balance that estimated would be around $ 130 however, 4 hours later I get a call saying that my bill would be $ 230. They were charging me $ 100 for labor plus the cost of the battery!!! Obscene. A blatant disrespect, not far off from robbing me. The only reason I even went to them was because I called Apple themselves and they recommended I try this place since they are«apple certified» but after another call apple apologized and said they were going to look into the business because of the ridiculous pricing. Not only that but I’m out $ 60 for a diagnostics test for something that I already knew, I needed a new battery. They claim their«pricing is consistent with apple»(straight from an older cashier woman) but they are way far off on that. Now I have to waste more of my time sending the computer to apple who will replace it for the cost of the battery. I wouldn’t have minded paying a labor fee I can understand that the tech did his job but not this exorbitant fee of $ 100 for 5 min of work. After asking to speak to a manager several times I get some excuse of how they can’t do anything because the manager only controls sales not technical stuff. I have worked retail and if a customer was not happy as a manager you made them happy not give them the run around. Never going again, never recommending.

DONTBUYFROMHERE! I just had the worst experience here! Since I got my iPhone 6 I’ve bought my accessories here. One Mophie Juice Pack and my tempered glass protection cover. The Mophie Juice Pack just broke yesterday, only 30 days after I bought it, and the manager told me that past the 15 days return policy I have to deal with the manufacturer! What??? So you sell the product, get the profit and then when something happens you leave your costumer hanging??? The product broke! It was malfunctioning! Why should I pay more money if I have no guarantee at all?! NEVERAGAIN! And the staff is the worst ever, I work in retail and this guys have no idea of how to treat a costumer!
