Albert is fantastic. He arrived on time, took care of an annoying Note 4 glass replacement repair without rushing through it. I felt he really cared about getting me a perfect end product. The phone was perfect. Can’t say enough good things about the experience. Seems to care about his customers, and be honest. He drove for an hour and a half to get to where I was, and was exceptional. Excellent all around.

I have to say, the first time around Albert took care of me and my iPhone 6. He even «upsold» me a screen protector. The screen protector never fit right (too small), but I was happy he came to me. Three weeks later, and I accidentally dropped the same phone. Screen protector did nothing. I texted him numerous times, and he was very slow to respond. Finally I I asked him to do TWO phones, and he said he raised his prices. Substantially. No discount for 2 phones, nor previous customer. Nothing. I even sent him screen shots of the lower prices he gave me last week. His response, «Black Friday» prices. Like if he was a large chain or something. I was disappointed to say the least. Seemed like a nice guy, but that kind of customer service and attitude will not get you repeat business, nor good word of mouth.

Awesome job well done highly recommended. Gentlemen came to my office and fix it in front of me took him about 20−30min and job was completed. On top of that has great prices for accessories.

I was unfortunate to crack my iPhone screen but relieved when i found ER cellutions. The tech was friendly but professional and was able to fix my phone within 20 minutes. Great customer service, reliable and convenient. The tech Albert, was able to come to me to fix my phone. Highly recommended! Fast fix and competitive prices. Will definitely be coming back when necessary in the future.

Thank god for ERCellutions. My phone was cracked after only a month of having it and everywhere I called was waay too expensive! This guy came straight to me and literally in about 20 minutes he was done. Plus, he offers warranty just in case anything happens to it again!

I was skeptical to be the first person to try this brand new mobile service but it worked out great! they came to my house and fixed my phone in 20 minutes! I’ve gone to repair shops in the past and they have done a terrible job but at ER Cellutions, the tech was super nice and friendly and very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. this company is very professional and centered around customer service; the tech even helped me work on some issues I was having understanding my iPhone. I would definitely recommend to everyone! A++
