went to entirety today for the first time, very cute, cozy place. the staff was wonderful and welcoming. I’m not a big coffee drinker so the many options were a bit overwhelming but their helpful staff(so patient with me and my million questions!) helped me pick an Ethiopia pour over. It was incredible! Best coffee I’ve ever had in Miami! If you’re looking for the best coffee in Miami with a great atmosphere and helpful staff, eternity coffee is the place you’re looking for!

Great coffee but the staff was very rude today. I brought some clients there for a quick afternoon coffee and business talk – I felt embarrassed by the treatment they got by the woman behind the counter. I never experienced that type of behavior before at this establishment, but I definitely won’t be bringing anyone important there again.

On sort déçues. Deux étoiles d’excuse pour être arrivées 5 minutes avant la fermeture, le reste pour la série de déceptions.

Great experience with this gem of a coffee shop. All too often Miami is dominated by terrible coffee quality(if you need to put 2 packets of sugar and milk in your espresso, it isn’t very good… sorry Cuba). This shop does everything right by sourcing and roasting distinct, single-origin coffees which they only serve as single-cup pour-overs. I love that when my fiancée asked for a red-eye, the barista politely pushed back, encouraging her to try the pour-over straight, since the quality is so high. This place and Panther Coffee remain the only spots doing coffee well in Miami. If you’re downtown or in Brickell, be sure to stop by!

needed a coffee fix in the late afternoon, stopped by and got a pour over coffee. Good black coffee does not need anything added to it. Very pleased with the Ethipian choice I made. Solid taste. Great coffee. Cant go wrong with that.

I expected a friendlier staff and better vibe after hearing so much about it. The person making coffee was just going through the motions and coffee was average. Miami really has ways to go to in the coffee world!

Stopped by for an espresso and a quick bite for a pick me up. Feels like a serious coffee place in a see of pastel posers. My espresso was good, but the eat options(pastries) were few, all seemingly huge, and what I was sold on as a pumpkin muffin was neutron-star dense and oily, and not especially good. My verdict: stop for a coffee; skip the food for any of a billion nearby places with better options.

Eternity Coffee Roasters! I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed this adorable little downtown spot! I recently had a Wednesday off midweek so after yoga in the park with Natasha A., we popped over to Eternity for some delicious coffee brews and conversation. What I really love about Eternity is the small scale of the shop. As you walk in, you see the roasters and bags of coffee beans and your greeted by always friendly staff at the counter. If you’re not the biggest coffee person like myself, the staff is always willing to take their time and speak with you and figure out what you may be interested in ordering. Even though half the time I always end up getting a white mocha, it’s nice to have employees who are willing to share info on their products. And believe me they do have a lot of coffee options, so many that I just can never make up my mind so I always get the same thing. But again, I’m not a huge Java junkie, as long as it’s sweet, I’m down. If you are in the downtown area, you gotta stop in and get perked up. There’s cozy seats and tables and wifi, so you can chill a bit or grab and go.

Very cool spot in downtown Miami. Has free wifi & lots of options for both cold/hot drinks. The coffee is strong — just the way I like it! And the barista made my coffee special with a heart shaped foam drawing. Will definitely be back!

So good! Perfect caramel latte, fluffy crispy croissant, loved. My only complaint was that when I asked for water they gave it to me in the Gibraltar glass, which is essentially a shot of water. But the coffee was too good not to give 5 stars!

Had a really nice experience this morning at Eternity Coffee Roasters. «The Gibraltar» was recommended to me. Similar to a cortado, this was a double shot of espresso covered with an equal amount of thinly steamed milk. It went well with one of their chocolate filled croissants. Ambiance was nice and chill with nice jazz music playing to set the tone. All in all a nice place to sit down relax or get some work done in downtown Miami.

Came here two days in a row while vacation mode in Miami. This hidden gem in Brickell is conveniently located around our hotel with several good ratings so we decided to check it out. Their coffee was great both days and bakeries were okay. It seemed very obvious that this was both a very casual business meeting location as well as a coffee break with friends from work. This reminded me of a cozier and less jam-packed coffee café as in New York. Def. a recommended coffee shop. Cheers

So after spending an evening in Miami and having to immediately drive back to Orlando the next day, my guy(Greg N) and I woke up the next morning very much wanting a good cup of coffee before heading out. We did a Unilocal!search and happened upon Eternity. Our hotel was about a fifteen minute drive away, which wasn’t a huge deal. The only thing that was annoying(and is with any big city) was parking, but it did’t really matter in the grand scheme of things. We walked around the corner to the shop and found a couple of employees freshly roasting some coffee which smelled heavenly! After having an extended conversation with the barista, I decided to order an iced soy latte and my guy ordered a soy cappuccino. Both were excellent and the cappuccino even had a foam heart on the top :) We also decided to take home a bag of coffee which was a little steep in price($ 19 for a 12 oz. bag), but we figured the quality would definitely be there since it was roasted in house. When we got back to Orlando, we tried out the coffee and really didn’t like it(ended up throwing almost the whole bag out). After my guy wrote a review about how he didn’t like the coffee, the owner contacted him and mailed us out a brand new bag of a different coffee to try instead. I couldn’t believe it! CJ ended up sending us a bag of Finca Las Acacias, which was heavenly. When you first look at the coffee it appears to be a medium roast, but with one sip you quickly realize it’s WAY more complex with hints of cinnamon. AMAZING! All I have to say is that Eternity is by far the best coffee shop ever. Not only is the coffee great, but the customer service is on point. Thank you so much!

So, this place warrants a refreshed review after some correspondence with the owner, and a very much redeemed experience. After reading my review, the owner CJ contacted to «right the wrong» of my experience with their coffee at home. I thought this was very kind and professional, and was happy to give their beans another go. I tend to have a preference for a darker roast, and wasn’t really too picky on origin, and told him to send me whole beans, as I have my own grinder, and would promptly do a french press as soon as I returned from my weekend trip. He sent me a bag of Finca Las Acacias, which is single origin from an estate farm in Columbia. Upon opening the bag, and grinding, I was met immediately with a fantastic aroma of darker roasted coffee, which automatically made me excited to try it. I got the press ready, and upon first sip was ultimately floored with what seemed like coffee wizardry! The first flavors are quite light, but almost immediately after comes a wash of dark flavors, and a hint of cinnamon. I do a simple preparation of soy milk and agave which I feel enhances most coffee notes, and it went amazing with this cup as well. I couldn’t have been happier with the product, customer service, and hospitality displayed by this locally owned business in Miami. I will be a customer for as long as I’m in Florida(They sell their beans at my local Whole Foods) and will always recommend it to anyone visiting Miami. Thanks to CJ, and everyone at Eternity for making this a coffee experience to remember. Cheers!

Coming to Eternity Coffee Roasters was my alternative to the over crowded celebrity coffee shop that lies near, in Wynwood. I had been here since the beginning of the journey, and I always considered ECR the second option, with similar good espresso and espresso based drinks, like lattes and such. In other words, and to be clear, Eternity was always my plan B(past tense). Because of the small space, I never thought of this coffee shop as a cool place to hang. The outdoor sitting is only a few feet away from the street, and the Downtown traffic peaking at any time of the day will probably irritate your respiratory airways. Indoors, the coffee shop is very quaint, and I am not crazy of quaint places unless I am good friends with the people or they have an amazing product or I am in love with the shop. None of those applied to me in the past. For those reasons, and despite having really good espresso coffee, I stopped coming by. I never wrote a review, either. And then, I was gifted a Chemex brewing system, along with a Burr grinder, which immediately turned me into a coffee snob, although I had been flirting with snobbery for quite sometime. Of course, the real test of coffee drinking hipster snobbery is when you develop a relationship with your local fair trade organic and self-sustaining coffee houses. And in such way, Eternity Coffee Roasters came back into my life. Let me make a hiatus at this point. Crazy as it may sound, not everyone likes what it’s going on in the world of coffee nowadays. Whether it is Eternity, Panther, Intelligentsia, Brew, Alaska Coffee, etc., there are some purists who only appreciate a clean classic cup of coffee, from a specific bean or region, and not a blend, much like a single malt whiskey or a single hop beer. In other words, if the coffee is described as brown sugar, baker’s chocolate, roasted marshmallow, spiced apples, etc., they will go elsewhere. And that is why I went to ECR. To find simple, traditional, uncomplicated coffee. In that respect, I didn’t find that there. Instead, I found an amazing cup of Nicaraguan coffee that nearly blew me away. It was slightly citric with heavy notes of other spices. Really good. Having tasted the Nicaraguan coffee, I immediately understood the importance of a place like Eternity Coffee Roasters in Miami. Not only do they provide many types of coffee beans, but those beans are roasted on premise. They are ground when you order a cup of coffee, and dripped with as much love as could fit in a cup of coffee. The key here is: ground to order, brewed the right way. The whole process may take five minutes maximum, but if you consider yourself a coffee lover, and/or if you want to taste a great cup of coffee, that is what you must do. Or, if you are curious of what a great cup of coffee tastes like, come and check them out. Just don’t ask the baristas«does the coffee taste like Panther Coffee»? That is exactly what I did, not to antagonize anyone, I just wanted to hear«no, we don’t taste like Panther». Instead, what I got was a resounding«we are not Panther!», with a mild dose of attitude. My fault. And finally… Before going to the next level in my coffee drinking, I considered coffee to be of bitter taste, a drink that sometimes reminded me of licking an ashtray. A good cup of coffee was hard to come by, and expensive. But by buying freshly roasted whole beans, grinding before drinking, and using a better brewing method than an electric coffee maker, a great cup of coffee is available. But … If you are not ready to let go of your old ways, that is fine. Eternity Coffee Roasters has many types of beans and they will brew it for you the right way. And if you grind your own coffee, whole bean 12oz and 16 oz bags are available to take home. Oh, yes, the five stars. Not only for the variety of beans and roasts, not only for grinding before brewing, not only for brewing the right way, not only for having several bags of coffee to take home, but solely for having the guts to run such an operation and being a maverick. Respect.

So adorable! The owner is very passionate and knowledgeable about coffee. I wish I lived in Miami because I would go here every morning. Way better than Starbucks. The atmosphere is hipster, but in a cool Miami way. I can’t recommend this place enough. You HAVE to go!

The almond milk option at a coffeehouse is almost impossible to find(seriously Starbucks, get with it!) Thankfully Eternity Roasters offers the almond milk I need for their delicious lattes. This place is really cute. As you walk in you’re immediately hit with the amazing smells of freshly roasted beans. How many places in Downtown Miami/Brickell can say they do that? None! I haven’t tried their baked goods but they look tantalizing. If you work in downtown and you haven’t stopped by you really should drop the«other place» and give these guys a try. You won’t be disappointed!
