Excalibur Towing Service

These people are a joke; if they were the last towing company in Miami I would rather walk. Today I called AAA at 5 PM and they were the ones to tow my Car. As the minutes turned into hours I ended up calling these people. The guy who answer the phone was as rude as they come and ended up hanging the phone on me because he could not speak to me, «he was to busy» he said. He ended up yelling at me, and said that maybe in 30 minutes. Guess what??, they never showed up. Where is the customer service here!!. It ‘s 10:15 PM and I just got home, I had another towing company from further away to tow my car.
Did I mention that they never called and this is the second time they done this to me… Don’t waste ur money on this poor excuse of a company, get somebody else.

EVERYTHINGGG STOLEN from inside my car. I was involved in a situation where I had to have my car towed. The next day when I went to go pick it up from the tow yard I get my car and noticed everything was stolen. petty things such as the quarters and single loose dollars to all my colognes I kept in my car to even my vapor pen. Crackhead tow truck driver took everything.

We got in an accident and they towed our car to their facility. Once my insurance company had the car they noticed our tag was missing. We crashed the front of the car. No reason for the tag to be missing. I believe they stole it.

this is the WORST place ever! Hector is a THIEF and the WORST person to ever deal with! Stay away from this place if you can– they are the worst people to deal with!

Had a good experience with them, they we on time and very professional when the driver got to the job he was fast and safe

I’ve read through the reviews and noticed most of them were pretty negative. First of all, you should know better than to leave money in your car. Period. I have friends who have had valets steal out of their car. Most people are unethical and have no problems swiping anything they can get their hands on. With that said, let’s get to my review.
My experience was the exact opposite of the negative reviews. Perhaps, it is the people I connected with when I called to have my car towed, because I received nothing short of excellent service from this company. I called, spoke with Sasha, who listened patiently while I explained the predicament.
Once I was finished, he asked me to call back in 30 minutes because they were doing a shift change. He said he couldn’t send someone out right away. No problem, I had to wait on my friend anyway. However, as I was about to call back, I noticed the tow truck pulling up, along with my friend who drove down to help me out. Great timing, right?
Jeff was the name of the driver who would tow my car. He told me to take my time transferring everything I needed to the other car. He was very polite and professional. He inquired about the issue with the car. He hooked it up and pulled it up onto the truck. He didn’t jerk the car around or anything like that. I’ve watched some tow truck drivers and they can be pretty rough, but Jeff did a great job.
After I gave him the directions and my cell number, we left him behind. We managed to pick her son up and go to the bank before he arrived. He took an additional 30 minutes longer to arrive than we did. That tells me he wasn’t driving like a Nascar driver. He lowers the car to the ground. Of course, it starts and doesn’t have issues anymore. Go figure! He stays for a few minutes and gives me a bit of advice about the car. I did some follow-​up research and found that he is indeed right about the issue. It’s okay, I’m going to purchase a new car soon anyway, but I love this car. I may keep it anyway, work on it here and there to fix it up again. SN: I’ve never felt like this about a car before either. I’m so addicted to this car. It’s kind of sick. Ha!
Jeff told me to keep his cell number in case of any future issues, which was really nice and he didn’t have to do. All in all, the price was fairly typical of other tow truck companies. Absolutely nothing was stolen out of my vehicle. Excalibur surpassed my expectations. I was surprised at the pleasant experience. I will definitely keep them in mind if someone in the future needs some assistance.

Having dealt with these people I can honestly say my faith in towing companies, and the police that endorse them has shrunk to zero. I wouldn’t trust these guys with a pair of $ 5 sunglasses in my car. Why? Because they were stolen along with whatever else they felt they could use. For example… A CHILDS STUFFED ANIMAL? REALLY? How do these people sleep at night?

Filing a report with police dept for missing $$ and some CDs. Will there EVER be a towing company, without the classic cliches. Towing companies– you never fail. You all make me sick and I cannot believe that police depts and fire rescue support you ALL. In some of the worst cases, even sadly death, you still can’t resist those few fucking dollars in the center console can you? Shame on you. Maybe one day things will change for towing companies.
Ps. YOU’RE ALL FUCKING RUDE!!!

If I can give ZERO stars this is the place I would get it! They are rude and their drivers drive like wild animals and take too many loads on. Correct me if I am wrong but I don’t think that a tow truck should be doing 75 – 80 MPH while pulling a car and has a pick up truck on the flat bed part all while driving with his elbows because he was smoking with one had and talking on the phone with the other. The dispatcher is rude to you when you try to let them know about the wild animals that they have working for them.

If you need towing services, DO NOT this company. Their services are just horrible. I dont know how people like this can be in business. Unfriendly people. No more words to describe their bad service.
