Had one of the best experience at Prestige! Their team was very professional, knowledgable and kind. Being a girl I am always hesitant to take my car to any dealer to get work done, since I know nothing about cars I feel like I would get rip off! At Prestige not once did I feel taken advantaged and in fact, they went out of their way to help me, I had a flat tire and my lock was broken they ordered a new lock at no charge. This is my to go place from now on for any car service! It’s a faith based business and will recommend to anyone!

Wonderful service! Knowledgeable and very nice staff. Explained everything that needed to be done and went thru the process with me. Very happy with the service they provided. My car was like new and taken care of promptly. Thanks guys

Crooks. Went for an oil change and they called back saying I needed over $ 3K in other repairs that were necessary for a 5 year old corola. Went to another mechanic who looked at it and said all those other repairs were unnecessary.

Questionable experience… I held off on writing this review initially. I brought my vehicle in as we were new to the area and followed Unilocal reviews. All started well — friendly atmosphere and slick little boutique shop. Expected routine maintenance (brakes) and ended up with a lengthy laundry list and a $ 2000 bill. So ok maybe some things were due at this point. Then, I take the car and within 2 blocks the check engine light comes on. I return and end up having to spend another $ 1000 to replace several parts of the catalytic system. When I go to pay the bill it is $ 250 over what was quoted. I challenge this and the rep check and gives me an explanation, but still starts off again with the wrong amount until I remind him of the error.
Still thinking maybe this is all coincidence, but we chose to move on and switch to a new mechanic. Now 4 months later I again have the same check engine and exhaust system issue. I have moved on and when I share the receipt with my new mechanic, he tells me tells me that they replaced excess parts that normally don’t need to be replace. Hmmmm… I won’t be going back there for sure! Get a second opinion before trusting this shop.

Great place to take your car. Waiting area is very clean and comfortable and service is very quick. Office manager was super friendly and really helped me get a good deal. Went above and beyond. Also love that I left with a very clean car! Free interior cleaning and car wash. Highly recommend

This place is cool. My brother recommended them. They told me the prices before they did any work. They also helped me out with price. I like their waiting room. They have cable. The work did not take long. Overall, I would come back.

Prestige has the most professional team. They are truly honest and work with you to get the work done. I had my car there for an oil change and they washed my car for me afterwards. When I needed engine work done, the mechanics called me before they took anything out. When parts needed to be replaced I was offered the option of ordering brand new, rebuilt, OEM, or aftermarket. It was nice to be told what options I had and the price point. At the end of the day, I spent a little bit more because I opted for the OEM parts. I was alerted every step of the way on my repair progress and was offered a ride home if I didn’t want to wait.
