I love Flanigan’s!!! I go there with my family almost every week. I love the food, the services its awesome and not to expensive.

I came here to have a few drinks and relieve some stress & the first couple of hrs were fine. However, when my friend and I ordered some nachos. It never came and when we asked the bartender about it he couldn’t remember. But he gave us napkins and plates. We went to speak to an employee and told him what happened. He said he will get our nachos I noticed the manager Kevin speaking to the bartenders and still no apology from neither the bartenders or manager. So as I went to sit back down at the bar. One of the bartenders litterly bitched me out after i told him that i didnt expe t to psu for the nachos now. So i decided to go to the manager himself and he didn’t do shit… NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

The bird road location is my favorite location in all of Miami. I always come here with my friends and they are always very friendly and attentive to your needs. As with all Flanigans locations, it gets pretty packed during 7−9pm but anyone who has eaten here knows it’s well worth the wait! Their wings are the best!

Smallest Flanigan’s I’ve ever been too. Doesn’t really feel like a bar. Wait time is usually ridiculously long. Other than that, great happy hour and best chicken philly so far!!!

After waiting 30 mins to get a table, the staff took another 30 mins to get a ceaser salad, sweet patato fries and a pasta to our table. When our food finally did arive, the sweet patato fries were old, the salad was soggy, and the shrimp in my pasta wasnt cleaned out properlly. Completely disgusted, We got a hold of a manager who truly knew nothing about her job. We explained the issues to her and explained that we no longer wanted to eat here and she sat in front of us with a very absent look and asked if we wanted her to take the food away. As two people in the food indystry, a cook and a manager, we generally have plenty of patience when dining out because we know how it feels to be hit with a rush, but never the less, there is no reason to give customers anything less than satisfactory service. We will not be coming to this particular flanagans again.

The best flanigans location I’ve been to. Everything is great from the burgers, to the wings, to the ribs. Oh man, they have the best ribs I’ve have in Miami. They have pretty good lunch specials and daily specials. Not to mention how often they have happy hour and how cheap it is. I would definitely recommend this place. One of my personal favorites.

Paul was our server last night, he explained everything to us and helped us make a decision because we were all very picky and confusing. He was very nice and professional. We even got dessert with him. Next time I go I’m asking for Paul!

I usually come to this place with my boyfriend. There is good food, drinks and atmosphere. Specially this place is to spend a relax time after a stresfull week but today friday we came in with nobody at the door and sat down normally. All of a sudden the hostess with an attitude, she came to the table that we settled and told us we have to stand up and wait at door for some body to sit us and write our name on the list. But there was nobody at the door and then a few minutes later people started coming in and she sat all of them down before us. She also gave attitude to another costumer who asked her for a drink. This was at 12:00AM friday. Please people with attitude problems or with poor customer service skills should not work with customers. Thank you.

Good bar food! I’ve had their mozzarella sticks twice, and the first time, they arrived piping hot and stringy, the way they should be. The second time I went, they weren’t hot enough. I asked for them to be thrown back in the fryer, and they brought me out an entirely new order.
The real star of this place, however, is the Banzai Brownie! It was actually the reason we went here in the first place, because a friend recommended it. A supersize, warm triple chocolate brownie, piled high with Edy’s vanilla ice cream, covered with huge chunks of Oreo cookies, surrounded by Kit Kat bars, and topped off with whipped cream and Hershey’s chocolate syrup! It’s huge, super delicious, and can certainly feed at least four people! We thoroughly demolished it each time!
The place was crowded each time we went, but only once did we have to wait. We were quoted 40 minutes, but we were seated in less than 20, as we were willing to sit outside.

Where do I begin?
Now I’ve been to Flanigan’s in many locations throughout south Fl. & I’ve always recommended Flanigan’s to all my associates, friends, family, & colleagues 1 of my associates asked me if i’ve been to the one on bird road? I answered «as a matter of fact I have», great service thanks to the servers/​bartenders named Andre, Cara & I believe a manager named Damien who I think was a great host!!! thank you Damien:-)
Here’s when everything went down south. A gentleman Named Lynn introduced himself as a manager & asked us «how’s everything?» My answer «great thank you for asking»
one of our female colleagues on her way to the rest room says «this guy LYNN tells her «whatever you need I got you» her reply was thanks for the offer.
On her way back to her seat he grabbed her shirt pulls her back & say’s «why are you being so stuck up? I told you I got you, at least give me your number I’m the big dingaling around here» She felt so violated that we all… 2 tables decided to leave.
I’n a nutshell with this guy around «NOT RECOMMENDED»… 1 BAD APPLE RUINS THE BATCH STAY AWAY FROM MR. LYNN (CREEEPO)… YOU’RE LUCKY SHE DIDN’T WANT TO PUSH THE ISSUE.

Flanigans is a great place to get together but this experience was less than what we expected.

Update!
Ok, so I’ve been back a few times since I wrote my review and I’m much, much, happier now.
The service has really improved — still the same great level of friendliness, but now they’ve gained much more professionalism. Service has been spectacular and I love how they all work in a team and help each other out. Servers who aren’t assigned to your table are still more than happy to help.
Yeah yeah, it’s still loud and crazy sometimes and the crowd isn’t exactly my favorite. But I guess that’s expected in my lovely little town of Olympia Heights. I can’t quite give this location 5 starts just yet, but maybe they’ll fully earn it in the future.
It isn’t quite perfect, but for now, I’m pretty darn happy with this place.

Caytlyn was our hostess and she was great! Food always delicious! Always enjoy the family atmosphere!

Great place as always, the food is delicous. I had the best nachos I’ve ever had, rib roll appetizer awesome. The staff is courteous and friendly. They even had a promotion that night that if you buy a 100 dollar gift card you get an extra 20 and I took advantage of that. Thanks Kaylen for being so nice and patient!

Great place, they have been around forever. The place is clean, but if you sit at table 12 in their bird road location you’ll be close to the restrooms.

Love this place ! Used to come here for happy hour with friends and I still come every so often. Service is friendly, good is or and flavorful, and the music is easy to bob your head to.

Stopped here on Halloween with the boyf and his father. I had my new affection Caribbean Burger, my bf had the prime rib, and his father had a NY strip. We shared the rib rolls and a pitcher of beer. Everyone was dressed as something fun, whether it be a nun, a zombie, or the joker. It was a nice time, although the music did get ridiculously loud for a short period of time. It’s just minutes from my boyfriends fathers house, so I know we will be back. Overall, no complaints. Flanigans is a solid chain I’ve always been a fan of.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! THIS IS MY CHEERS! The parking lot sucks big time but once you finally do find a spot and get inside you forget all about it. The staff here couldn’t be anymore amazing. We always sit either with Caytlyn or at the bar. Caytlyn’s service is out of this world extraordinary. She remembers exactly what we want and or need. She always has a smile on her face and a great, friendly, outgoing demeanor. The bar staff is always quick and friendly. The wait can be long sometimes but well worth it. They usually have whatever game is important to us Miamians on. I love that I can control the Jukebox and blare my Country Music. They have an awesome Happy Hour! Up to Half off! Umm yes please! I truly haven’t had anything here that I don’t like. The Firecracker Shrimp is oh sooo yummy, the Nachos are so big we always joke that all it needs is some sparklers on top. I guess it is safe to say in the words of Toby Keith, I LOVE THIS BAR!

Food was good, had the half rack ribs with fries. The only thing I didn’t like was how the place was a bit dirty. The table was a bit sticky and the menus has finger prints in them… Yeah

Overall it’s an ok place to hang out with friends

LOVE Flanigan’s for their happy hour and Ribs.
Its just like any other Flanny’s (just probably a bit smaller) and thats fine by me.
Really like the fact that its SO close to my house :)
