I have to confess that I don’t like to deal with associations. However, Daniel Rodriguez has made me change my mind about it. He is an incredible person, very helpful and professional. He answers my requests very fast and whenever he doesn’t have an answer for me, he would ask his manager and get back to me as soon as he can. He always tries to help and does a perfect job for his company. Daniel is really awesome and helpful.

Sully Torres was very friendly and professional, took care of our application in a timely manner, waited over 3 weeks for an answer, had the property inspection and appraisal done and needed the HOA Approval answer, Sully was out sick during our negotiations and Leidy took care of things on her behalf. We were denied for no good reason due to someone else’s background NOT the buyer (ME) being denied, I have lost thousands of dollars, blood, sweat and tears including a really great property that would have been my first home ever, the apartment I’m currently in, all my belongings I donated. I’m extremely offended, disappointed and shocked… it’s as all your hard work means nothing…800+ credit score, zero debt, zero background, $ 20k in savings, excellent job, earning good money, approved for a home, seller accepts offer, $ 1k+ in inspection, appraisal and HOA dues to be denied for no good reason. I do not recommend Calusa Point HOA or anyone business associated with them ever, not even my worst enemy.

They took over our community a few years ago and WOW what a difference! Natalie and her team have really gone out of there way to improve everything about the community. If there are problems or issues a phone call or email usually gets it solved very quickly. They even respond to emails after hours AND on the weekends!

This is an excellent property management company. I own several properties in their condos and it has been a pleasure to work with Natalie Cedeno, current property manager. Natalie is educated, her license is impeccable of errors, and most importantly she knows how to make her clients happy. If you are looking for a company to turn your community around, look no more! Natalie will make sure to lessen the weight of your shoulders and most importantly educate you on why she does what she does. Good luck! :)
