Best Venezuelan cachapas I’ve ever had. There’s music which makes the vibe chill and fun while making the tummy happy. :) the only bad thing is the location, couldn’t find parking because it’s located next to a gas station. Even though it’s a food truck it gets extremely packed. to anyone reading don’t miss out and make the effort to visit.

Yo soy de padres venezolanos, me criaron comiendo arepas, pabellon criollo, empanadas, papelon con limon. Pero lo que nunca me gustaba comer era cachapas de la mezcla que traian de venezuela. Creci pensando que no me gustaban hasta que llege a frank cachapas. DIOS! Que Cachapas mas buenas. Las mejores cachapas de la bolita del mundo!

Great and authentic Venezuelan Cachapas! Awesome tequeños and pastelitos too! The corn they use tastes like a Venezuelan and the «queso de mano» cheese is amazing too! The food truck is extremely clean and the owner is always making sure everything is perfect.
