Horrible staff, overpriced, and every single time I’ve gone to buy O.P.I they never have any of the new stuff, waste of time, never going back.

I’ve come here several times to buy some beauty products, especially since my preferred nail salon is in the same shopping center. Unless you’re coming in with a LV bag and oversized shades, don’t expect someone to acknowledge your presence, ATALL! I stood in line and saw how a cashier completely disregarded that I was there and started charging other people in line for their products. When it was time for me to pay, she didn’t even ask if I found everything okay or talked to me about the million and one promotions they had going on. BUT she did take the time to go through all of those details to the people in front of me. I rather buy overpriced products from a Sephora or Ulta because at least there, they give EVERYONEEXCELLENT customer service no matter if they have one nail polish or a bag full of items. Do better.

I’d been looking high and low for a place in Miami that did Deva-style cuts for girls with curls. I jumped for joy when I heard they were done here, and made an appointment quickly. Unfortunately, it wasn’t really a Deva cut, it took THREEHOURS(I’m not kidding), and I’ve cut my own hair a few times since then and think I did a better job. The woman was very nice, so I feel bad giving a bad review, but it was just a really mediocre cut that seemed haphazard and outdated. I told her exactly what I wanted and how long I usually kept my hair, and didn’t really get that. She seemed to combine your normal haircut stuff with Deva techniques and it just didn’t work. Maybe if you have waves or straight hair this place is fine. But if you’re a girl with curls and want that specific kind of cut, this isn’t the place for you.

Horrible place. Employee told me that within a few days I could return an item since I did not know if it was what my teacher wanted(makeup class). I asked several times to make sure that despite policy it could be returned. She said it would be no problem and was very nice. Naturally, it was not what was needed and when I went to return I was shoved the policy and even though I explained what happened was told I was lying and to give the name of the girl. She was not there and I never got her name. The name on the recipe was another girl who was there and said she would never tell me that. Regardless of the fact I said this was not the girl, they were rude and ganged up on me. So much for costumer service. I was polite and this was uncalled for. I overheard them talking down about me. Rude. Members of my family and I went there weekly, I’ve also returned there once before without a problem. None of us will return. There are plenty of other places to buy these products. Do not recommend. Their selection is lacking as well. Another time they ganged up on me and made me feel pressured to buy a ton of expensive hair care products(which I quickly returned, with attitude, but they still did it).
