They have a rule about credit card purchases being over $ 5 (I had a $ 4 bill and no cash).
You’d think that after over 2 years of being a loyal customer, they could bend the rules so I don’t have to waste the current trip and return later with cash.
They didn’t and although I now wear jeans as opposed to dress pants and throw in polos instead of the dress shirts /​button-​downs, I don’t think my spending less makes me any less loyal a customer.
That said, I decided to take my business elsewhere and started appreciating better service and better attention (albeit at a slightly higher price).
