Haul O Way Towing Service

This place is garbage!!! They damaged my car trying to break in when towing and there are visible scratches, my paint came off and the door is lifted off the panel. When I asked them if they have documentation of the damage they said no and immediately kicked me out of the lot. The lady started cursing at me when I told them about the damage and they refused to admit to it or even look. I attempted to take picture of my car and the lady said over the loud speaker no pictures or she would call the police, why would I possibly not be able to take pictures of the damage to my own car? They did not let me inside to push my vehicle out and refused to give me a jump start, they literally tried everything to keep the car in their lot, even talked to the AAA drivers that I called to have it towed out and convinced them it was too risky to tow because my car is lowered. Yet they somehow didn’t mind when they towed it to their place. All throughout this altercation my vehicle was already paid for and in my legal possession again. Do not ever use this company and stay away they are thieves, disrespectful, unprofessional and they should not own a business.

Nastiest attitude I have ever seen. Makes your situation difficult in order to leave your car there more days so he can get more money. Never ever go there. If I can rate this place 0 stars I would.

This guy is so incredibly nasty and mean. I don’t expect them to be saints, but he was unnecessarily cruel. I wasn’t able to take my car without a notarized letter because the registration was under my dad’s name. I obviously got upset when he told me this because it meant that I couldn’t take my car for several days. He immediately escorted me out and closed the gate on me, and refused to listen as I behged him if there was any alternative way to get the car out (I.e. Showing my copy of the lease with my name). On top of that, he was unbelievably slow (took him about 10 min to realize the registration didn’t have my name). When I asked to be let in because I had left something in my car, it took him another several minutes to bother letting me in. I hope for the sake of whoever’s car you are towing that you do not use this guy. He was rotten.

Terrible customer service. They don’t know what they are doing both towing and handling customers. Very unprofessional.
