Whitt’s Towing Service

This company is run by crooks. Our truck was broken down in the Target parking lot this morning. The driver of the truck was our daughter. She phoned me to pick her up so that she could make her doctor’s appointment. I picked her up at 9:30 AM and Whitt’s towed our truck away at 9:40 AMl. I now owe $ 200 to this company.
I set an appointment with Michael who handles dispatch from his cell phone to pick up our truck at 6:30PM. My husband and daughter were at 5885 Commerce Lane, South Miami at exactly 6:30 but no one from the company was there. My daughter called Michael who never picked up his phone. Finally at 8 PM my family was able to get their truck but only after calling the police who made the company give the truck back. The tow truck men delivered a car just before the police were called and the men told our family that they were not giving us back our truck tonight. Then the police were called and they changed their story to be all nice and polite so we got back our truck after paying the 200.00
The Target manager Angel Gonzalez apparently has given the security company, Dade Parking Enforcement a standing order to tow any vehicle away that the security company sees being left in their parking lot so the security company employee, Craig Freeman called Whitt’s towing to pick up our truck. I talked to two assistant managers at Target and neither one knew of the standing order to tow by the top manager, Angel Gonzalez.
BEWARE OF BREAKING DOWN IN THE TARGET PARKING LOT ON 104 STREET BECAUSE YOU WILL BE TOWED AWAY. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE ALONE.

These people suck. They are crooks. If your car is there for two hours they charge almost $ 200. Robbery. They made up some Bullsh*t stuff and charged me for stupid things like and overnight fee when it was there for two hours. But what am I supposed to do at 11PM and I need to get home
