Hooters is hooters I mean I can’t really say too much About it other than the wings are always amazing! I am docking them on that 4^th star because the service was terrible! Our waitress was too busy flirting with some other guy at the bar which left me out of water on several occasions! Manager came by and asked if everything was ok and I was honest and said no! I’d been waiting forever for my water refill and even when the bill came it took forever for here to give it to us and process the transaction! Do better!

HOOTERS! What a fun time!
To start off, two of my friends and I met up at this hooters last night. I wasn’t planning on going out, but I am so glad I did!
What starts off as a calm and relaxing evening for me turned into a nice time reuniting with two of my great friends!
Our server Brooke was seriously amazing! She is a beautiful girl and knows how to keep patrons happy, that’s for sure!
Brooke was constantly smiling which is amazing to see when out! Her vibes were off the charts and definitely contributed to our whole experience. She made us all feel right at home! Brooke always checked on my friends and I to make sure that we were as happy as possible. Although my friends ordered me shots when I wasn’t ready, she supported me throughout all of the shot taking. Haha. So I thank you for that. A server that smiles, shows us her personality, and shows great moral support when needed is one very much appreciated.
Next time I go I want the chicken wings! They looked amazing !

Well on top of waiting 20 minutes for someone to pay attention and sear us, the quality of the food is no good compared to any other hooters. The waitress couldn’t care less about our table and doesn’t bother checking up on us. I beg you to please avoid this place, the girls arent even cute but if you like terrible service this place is perfect for you!

Most everyone I know understands that I am a huge hooters fan… no pun intended.

This location is located in a shopping mall with an outdoor terrace
Parking is in a multilevel garage deck
The elevator wait can be a few minutes
The service is great, not only are the waitresses lovely but they hustle
Cocktails are $ 5 a clip
Wings are $ 20 for 20
Naked hot is the way I like them with blue cheese
The standard wing breading is too heavy and leaves an after taste in my opinion

So after watching what I presume to be the manager (man with a white shirt) drop a Bacardi bottle he proceeded to poor himself some makers mark into a white cup. He threw away the broken bottle, so at least he cleaned up after himself. Anywho he went to the back, cheered with a small group of people and well… bottoms up. Not professional behavior whatsoever. Go drink in the kitchen. Doesn’t matter if you’re closed, you still have customers like myself that pay attention to detail. Breaking a bottle called the attention. That right there would’ve been a good indicator to not pour yourself that double brother. Always assume you’re being watched at work, since most times you are.

Although «Hooters» is a household name amongst men everywhere; the name singularly synonymous with cold beer and chicken wings; and of course those skin tight orange shorts paired with «hopefully» a great set of «ASSETS» up north; I feel the inclination to voice my very recent experience at this location. First, let me compliment the management for hiring that bevvy of beauties that serve and host us patrons. I particularly want to point out the magnificent service afforded to us by our server Kateleen! Not only is she a vision of utter loveliness; her bright smile and equally bright personality were the highlights of my visit. Her presence was so electric that once she walked away from our booth it seemed that the lights in that area dimmed. She was a delight from hello to goodbye!
I must say that most of the servers there are awesome and way sexxyy (by far the hottest group of gals of all Hooters in the S. Florida area) but Kateleen set the bar quite high for overall excellence. She made the food taste way better!
I look forward to seeing her again; sooner than later!

Great place for lunch! In and out quickly with great food ! Dominique was fast and friendly, making a great experience.

Noisy, but the service is quick and I love the wings.

We went to hooters to watch the Warriors game, but they didn’t have our game on. Tahimy our waitress was awesome. She was super attentive and courteous. The manager, Ray was great he was upset that they didn’t have our game on. We watched on our phone. He brought us a phone charger. I strongly recommend this hooters.

Worst hooters I’ve ever been to. My buffalo shrimp came out with no buffalo lol, I sent it back then my hubbys wings came. cold. I got my buffalo shrimp back finally with sauce and the shrimp were cold. Like they just had it sitting in the kitchen and then someone finally decided to toss some sauce on it. Pitiful. I was so upset the waitress said she would comp one of the meals. I was so irritated I just said sure whatever. Never again.

Great management, very friendly and attentive wait staff. Good food and great bar menu and beer specials, will make this location a regular weekend stop.

The best thing about Hooters on Coral Way is that they are consistent. I always order the buffalo shrimp, chicken wings, and cheese fries. My order always comes out fresh and hot. Any complaints, the girls are very nice to correct the problem. Beer is always nice and cold too.
The only thing I wish they wouldn’t do is charge $.79 for a side of blue cheese. I never have problem with parking at this location. The restaurant is always busy, but service is quick and good.

Let me start by saying I LOVE hooters chicken wings and curly fries, and they have been a favorite cheat meal of mine since childhood. I used to frequent the Coconut Grove location (it closed a couple years ago) and I love sitting outside and people watching over a mojito at the Bayside location. I never gave the Miracle Mile location much thought, but after my most recent experience, I seriously had to make a point of writing a stellar review. It was last Sunday (Super Bowl Sunday of all days). It was also my mother’s birthday, and she got a sudden craving for — what else? — hooters wings and curly fries. I was certain that they would be totally packed for the big game and that parking would be a total nightmare, but I was not about to deny my mother her birthday wish. So off we went! Upon arriving, we got super lucky and found a spot on the third level of the mall parking lot area — first good sign. Once we rushed down the escalators and made it to the restaurant we had prepared ourselves for what was surely going to be a 45 minute minimum wait. Well let me tell you — the lovely hostess greeted us immediately and cheerfully, and said that she could find a spot for us outside right away. Great sign #2! She immediately showed us outside and gave us our choice of preferred seating, between a big 5 seater and a smaller three seater. We took the 3 seater because frankly, why be greedy and inconvenience another larger party that could be seated promptly as well?
From there, we were greeted swiftly by our very friendly waitress, a pretty redhead who seemed to have an Eastern European accent (I wish I could remember her name as she was so sweet and attentive!) she took our order for our wings half breaded and half naked, our curly fries with cheese (duh), and my mom had a beer. Before our food even came we were checked on four different times by a bald young gentleman (manager I assume) and two other waitresses. After our food came, (which was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious!)
the manager checked on us again and our waitress checked on us more times than I can count. Great sign #3, 4, and 5!
At some point I made an excuse to steal away to the bathroom so I could secretly order my mom a dessert with a candle and have them sing happy birthday. I found another waitress who was immediately responsive and more than happy to give me the rundown of all my cake options and assure me she would gather all the girls to come and make a big embarrassing scene for my mom.
I went back to my table and a few moments later out rushed a gaggle of hooters ladies all banging plates and singing a really funny totally unconventional hooters version of a happy birthday song. It took my mom a moment to realize they were coming out for her until they plopped a cheesecake down in front of her. She turned super red and laughed until she cried.
Long story short, I overtipped and left a note on the check about how much we enjoyed it. So next time we get our craving for chicken wings and curly fries, we will definitely be returning to the Miracle Mile hooters location — and I recommend that anyone else does too! A+ service from the entire staff… whatever they are doing here they have got it VERY right!

I was visiting this location with my family yesterday.
The service was fast, very friendly and on point. We had the little burgers and wings as an appetizer and after we had hotdogs, fries, coleslaw and oysters.
Every course was very delicious.
We will definitely visit them again.

WORST. HOOTERS EVER. The waitress didn’t write down anything and she forgot If not all but MOST of it. She did remember to go sit down with her friends that were visiting though. She only brought 1 beer and asked me if I wanted another one THREE TIMES and it STILL never came. I already heard the service was bad here but man I had a Terrrrible experience, never going back. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Awsome service very friendly and extremely clean what more could you ask for… service is dedicated to us as customers from server to managers… how offen have you seen a manager come up to you to ask how’s everything at a hooters ??? Here they are dedicated and care for their customers wouldn’t trade this place for any other… we travel 30min by motorcycle to come here where there’s a hooters closer to our house 12min away. but for the last 10 years we never got the service like here thank you hooters for all you do for your customers you have a few for life :-)

I ordered a mojito and the mint leaves had a beer cap within! Incredible! Manager came by and offered to compensate the drink but I refused. I’m not seeking an excuse for free food. Just honest and fair reviews.

Yes, Hooters’ wings are a strange yellow-​orange color, and yes, there is usually an 1/​8″ thick pool of grease left on the tray once you’ve consumed the wings, but every so often I get a craving for their wings, their curly fries and let’s face it, Hooters is one of those restaurants that’s just fun to visit every once in a while!
This particular Hooters near Coral Gables is a bit unique in that it’s not terribly large, the covered patio section sits right on the sidewalk just a few feet from busy Coral Way, and it seems to have an overabundance of large, flat screen TVs compared to most Hooters restaurants (I counted upwards of 30 screens scattered around the place and facing different directions). The large, rectangular bar in the middle of this restaurant is ½ inside and ½ outdoors; On cooler nights they open up the sliding glass panels that separate the 2 halves of the bar so the entire place is basically an open air restaurant — On warmer nights, they can close off those sliding partitions so the inside is air conditioned, while the patio and outdoor section of the bar is open air. They also have clear plastic screens they can lower on rainy days to keep the rains from blowing in and soaking customers seated on the patio area.
Other than those few points, this is a fairly standard Hooters with the regular Hooters menu, drinks and Hooters girls in the familiar white tank tops and orange shorty shorts. Late on a Friday night Miller Lite drafts were $ 4.25 each, Sam Adams drafts were $ 5.50 each, and 10 wings with bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks were $ 11.

Foi a pior experiência que tive num hooters, a pessoa que está a receber os clientes é super mal educada, como percebeu que éramos estrangeiros ignorou o meu marido passou outras pessoas à frente e ainda começou aos gritos com ele. O seu nome é Cindy pelo menos foi este o nome que o Manager me disse que ela tinha. Vamos seguir com queixa formal para a sede da empresa porque o que se passou no sábado à noite foi inaceitável. Viajamos bastante e pela primeira vez fomos muito mal tratados por alguém que não tem o perfil para estar a ocupar aquele lugar.
It was the worst experience I’ve had in a hooters, the person who is receiving customers is super rude, as realized we were foreigners ignored my husband went ahead and others even began shouting to him. Her name is Cindy at least this was the name that the Manager told me that she had. We will follow with a formal complaint to the corporate office because what happened on Saturday night was unacceptable. We travel a lot and for the first time we were treated very badly by someone who does not have the profile to be occupying that place.

I don’t get it there are tables and the hostess just said is a 25 minute wait. Who’s the manager in this joint… Either they need a new manager or a new hostess

I really like this place cause it’s in the heart of coral gables u don’t need to drive faraway. Plus the food it’s really good. Everything it’s fresh & the beer here it’s always iced cold.

The nicest hooters I’ve been to. Bar area is great have outdoors half indoors. Girls are very sweet and pretty. Kayla is absolutely the BEST, you want good service and experience? Ask for her. Location is great, it’s in a shopping center with great stores. You can shop after with a full tummy.
