If your looking for a budget hotel, hotel mimo is the way to go… Although I was surprised that thier wasn’t any room service they were extremely clean… The parking lot it the back is very small. But to sleep in AC and to have good cable TV at night after a long day is really relaxing.

Bring your own sheets, because theirs feel like sandpaper!!! I had high hopes for this place but it lived waaay short of expectation. This is one of those case where picture looks better than the real thing. My room smelled like bleach the entire time I was there. The bathtub was absolutely FILTHY. There’s just something about the hotel that feels«dirty». I can’t quite put my finger on it. Oh, there are no phones in the room, no lamps(just this dull overhead lighting that makes everything looks dead) And the wi-fi…WHATWI-FI??? The wi-fi signal is very faint. If you happen to be on the 3rd floor, you can forget about it… When I first got to the hotel I wondered why there were a bunch of people in the hallways on their phones and iPads. I found out that’s basically the only way you can get a signal! This place would rate much higher if they lowered the price. It’s not worth the $ 99 a night rate. SKIPTHIS.

Concerns: safety, cleanliness, & professionalism. The hotel had a filth about it and the room was not clean. Bugs by the windows and bathroom. Even during the day the area where it’s located felt sketchy… Ladies don’t go here! My friend did not want to stay and I didn’t blame him. We told the front desk about the room conditions. This was before 3pm check-in time, which allowed them to still book another poor guest in the room. They refused to refund the money even after discussing the rooms conditions. Oh well… hoetel Mimo can keep the bedbugs and the money for the one night. There are nice motels all around for a fair price. Just say no to Mimo.

Love it! Great Hotel, it’s really no smoking, recently remodeled, privet parking, fresh smell inside the units and you can’t bit the price way better than other old/trashy hotels around charging way more per night if you book it online you can find it for $ 49/night + taxes! Great Deal, Great place to stay :)

Easily my worst hotel experience ever. Swear I heard someone giggle my door handle around 1AM. Felt scared and icky the entire time. Luckily I was there for only one night of which I did not sleep a single wink of. Not only was I so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep. But around 1:30AM, the batteries in the smoke detector in the room ran low and the smoke detector started beeping every 20 seconds to warn me of the low battery. So I called the front desk(from my cell phone because there were no phones in the rooms) and the girl at the front desk got attitude immediately questioning, «Well, what do you want me to do about it. I can’t change it, I could hurt myself.» You could tell she gets paid to sit there at night and asking her to do anything beyond that is too much work for her. She ranted on and on and I finally asked her to calm down as I didn’t give her attitude so why was she giving it to me? Basically I came and paid for a place to sleep, but was unable to because of the noise. She didn’t even offer a room switch(which I’m more than sure rooms were available.) I wanted to write the Unilocal review that night since I was wide awake, but was afraid the girl at the front desk would see it and come up and cutt me. Awful.
