Didn’t come to this place for service, and from the looks of previous reviews they do pretty good work. Customer service however, is terrible. The couple that owns this place are just about the angriest people I have ever seen, and seem to treat everyone incredibly rudely and speak to everyone that comes into their shop in an incredibly condescending tone. Had to wait 15 minutes to cash out for my helmets with no line at the register because they were too busy yelling at their mechanic from the top of their lungs for being 5 minutes late because he had to stop to fuel up the bike he was servicing. You don’t do that kind of thing in front of your customers. I kept my mouth shut and paid, and walked out with a pair of good helmets, but I will never set foot in this shop again simply because of the owners’ horrible attitudes. Really feel bad for the poor guy who works back in the shop. I have a pretty good feeling that this business isn’t going to last.

Best shop in town, hands down. Alexandra is very helpful with the motorcycle rentals and sales, and Eric is a great mechanic. I brought them my Harley, and they gave it a complete makeover, powdercoated my wheels, did a tank lift/​wire tuck, and helped me find all pieces and parts involved. Coil and ignition relocate, and wrapped my pipes. Also did a full maintenance and oil change. Everything reasonably priced. I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely recommend Eric and Alexandra of House of Thunder to all of my friends and admirers of my newley re-​invented ride! Will be a return client, and deal with them again in the future.

Nothing is better as the GermanGenius. In this motorcycle-​shop are the highest quality that I ever find in Florida… The owner Eric have a lot of know-​how and understand you with your problems. The price for the work is very good and the result is definitely the best I have ever seen! Whether repair or customize or your own wishes… they can do everything!

I bought a bike from Erik through eBay. It was a wonderful and fast experience. The bike arrived as described in perfect working order. He even did me a solid and did a tune up before shipping off the bike. I would highly recommend his shop to anyone who is buying online or using his Miami location.

Rented a motorcycle here for the day while on vacation. The prices were decent and they didn’t put a huge deposit on my card which was great, however the owner and his wife were really rude and didn’t seem happy to have a paying customer whatsoever. There was a mechanic that helped me fill out the paperwork for the bike, and he was much more helpful than the owner.
I returned the bike in perfect condition, and filled the tank right before the return. However, the owners wife claimed that the tank was not all the way full (it was maybe ¼ an inch from the tank opening!) I’m sorry I didn’t want to overflow the tank on your bike, next time I’ll just run the pump until it overflows and bring it back that way… anyways I told her I would give her $ 5 for the remaining ¼ an inch of gas as I needed to get out of there to check out of my hotel.
I would definitely look for alternative places to rent from next time. I imagine there is somewhere you can get the same prices plus better service.

This place help me and my son experience one of the most enjoyable Thanksgiving last year 2014. They treated us with respect and answered every little question we had. They worked with us until we ageed on a bike we felt comfortable riding. We rented an awesome looking 900cc Triumph. They gave us a quick lesson about the bike and also riding (our first time riding on the street). I would rent from these people again but I really need to save for my own bike. Safe riding!!! Bev

I went to this shop today because I had a simple issue to fix on my CB750 °F and someone who looked like the owner was very rude. I happened to be near the area and a car bumped my motorcycle and hit my clutch pedal, I needed help bending it back so I can get home and he said he couldn’t do it cause he was too busy. All in all, I would not recommend them based on my experience.

By far the best motorcycle shop in Miami! I honestly think this mechanic is the best around. But what separates this place from Harley or anyone else that I have used in the past is the customer service I get every time I take my bike in. Doesn’t matter if I’m spending $ 20 on a tshirt or doing a major job for $ 300 and up. He takes the time to explain things to you and gives you options.
Prices blow away Harley.
All motorcycle shoes should take a lesson out of this place. Not your typical Miami place!
I finally found a mechanic that I can use and not feel like I’m being ripped off!!!
