Their labor rates for repair work are extremely high and unfair. They billed me $ 1,850 for 5 hours of work. While the work was satisfactory it was not exceptional. They did not clean up after themselves; the left old screws laying around, metal shavings and, oil on the floor.
The tech who did the work was present when i spoke with the manager. He flat out told me, «You win some, you lose some.» He certainly was not their to help me.
When I went to the shop to discuss the outrageous price with the manager she offered to remove $ 150 from the bill which still meant the two guys were billed at $ 170 an hour. I paid the invoice and will never do business with them again.
