Idol Cheer & Dance

I came to this place hoping to get my daughter into cheer leading/​gymnastic class. i was told since she was new, the classes would be held on either Tuesday or Wednesday for beginners.
Problem # 1– the class is taught with girls of ALL AGES. Mind you my daughter is 12, she had to share her class with 4 and 5 year old girls, of course the coach/​instructor attention was all on the little girls. I find that unprofessional considering that after i left, i went home and attempted to find other gyms and saw that they were all divided by age and experience.
Problem #2– There were way too many people at this center, and they have one lonely bench for the parents to sit and watch, fits about 6 – 8 adults, there’s about 30 – 40 kids, you do the math
Problem #3 The location of this center is in a factory/​industrial place. The parking lot holds about 10 cars, again do the math, the building has no sign and it is in the back corner, you can drive by it over and over, i had to park about 100 feet away and prayed my car wouldn’t get towed.
Problem #4 is the the biggest, which is management. No one there ever spoke to me, told me, Hey welcome to our gym I’m so and so, how can i help you, NOPE it was done in a quick and in a hurry manner. The only person that ever spoke to me was the front desk girl, never met the coach, better yet the coach just walked by me like i was invisible.
I have found a new potential Gym, and have high hopes that it will be different !

My daughter takes private tumbling classes here and loves it. The coach really works her out and teaches her the proper techniques. Parking is a problem because they don’t have a lot of parking and parents are always dropping off and picking up their kids. Overall she gets a great workout and loves it!
