One of the worst IHOP restaurants I’ve ever visited. For starters the restaurant looks and feels like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. It took 10 minutes just to get the waitress our order and then it took another 30 minutes for the food to come out! Not good when you have two little ones waiting with you. If you decide to visit good luck…

This specific IHOP is very friendly compared to others that I have visited. Greet you with a smile and try to attend to you as fast as possible. The food does take a little bit of time to come out as every restaurant does but the food is great I would say IHOP average. They only need to improve the food speed.

We went to this IHOP at the prime hour of 7pm and saw only one table of two people waiting for food. We sat down and they gave us our menus. Nobody came by for 10 minutes and the staff was chatting it up the whole time. We asked loudly for waters and nobody responded. After that, we left and went to the sushi/habachi place nearby, which has excellent service. We love iHOP, but this one stinks. Hard pass!

This was literally the worst Ihop I have been to in my life and I’ve gone to ihops all over this country and the service here was atrocious we got here around 1 o’clock this past Sunday it was 6 of us we go there and were told it would be a 20 to 25 minute wait okay cool that was fine with me 35 minutes later we were wondering what was going on we went up and we’re rudely told we don’t have a table for 6 sat back down and we should of left because it just went down hill from there 2 minutes later mistatiously a table was ready so we got sat then our server was new and so she was a little lost. MANYLONGWORDSMADESHORT we waited an hour for our food after she took our order and the food was horrible to say the least one of our people had fries in her order and there were literally enough fries to count in her hand. Then my father got his plate first and nobody got their food 20 minutes later so he had the joys(not!!) of watching us eat so we waited a total of 2 hours to get shitty breakfast I spoke to the manager her excuse was they only had one burner. then why the hell do you have servers back there cooking she had very poor management skills to say the least I will be complaining to their corporate office for the service received here do yourself a favor avoid this place as you avoid a walmart on a black Friday.

It’s right in the corner of my house, we used to loved going there for midday breakfast on Sundays. Lately the service there was gone down the drain. Last month my fiancé’s friends and us, the food came an hour late, we were staving. The food was cold and the order was messed up BIGTIME!!! Today we decided to give it a shot, 41 minutes wait for the food and the order came wrong away !! I’ve never had an issue at this location but the new waitresses suck with their attitude and their not knowing anything about the place and what it’s in the menu. If you decide to go there I suggest you ask for Sam, he is amazing with the service. I don’t think we’ll ever be going to this location again

Had breakfast. Requested toast, but no butter brought to my table. Had coffee but no cream at or brought to my table. If i would have wanted self-service I would have made breakfast at home.

I’ve been to this particular IHOP before but only now am I writing a review. I came here on a weekday morning with a friend. I was really empty which is a good thing in my opinion. The place was clean but you can tell no one really made the extra effort to make it really CLEAN(probably because of the stickiness of the syrup). Anyways… The service was friendly and quick. I had some good orange juice and I had this«simple n fit» dish that came with eggs(which I thought were mediocre) and turkey bacon(which doesn’t taste as good a actual bacon but it tried). So one star off for mediocre bacon and eggs. You can make them better at home no doubt. But that’s not all… It came with these pancakes. These nut and grain with blueberries inside and bananas on top. The bananas were fresh and good no complaints but as I started eating my pancake I realized it wasn’t cooked all the way and some batter was leaking out. It was a shame too because that was a good pancake.

It is always a bad idea to come here weekend mornings but then again it’s probably the case in other restaurants as well. Hence why I leave these outings for during the week. Service isn’t always great but food usually doesn’t disappoint. It also normally takes long to get the food even when there aren’t many people. I love their Belgian waffle! Yum! Totally recommend it. Other than than some eggs and ham do the trick for me.

I went to this IHOP for breakfast with my husband and my son today because we felt like we wanted pancakes. The place was packed there were people waiting outside but trust me it’s worth the wait we only had to wait 10 minutes and it was a party of 3. We got seated right after our waitress was nice and kept checking on us if everything was OK. I ordered Pancakes smothered in butter and whipped cream with Hash browns, scrambled eggs and toast it was absolutely delicious I have amazing memories at this location with family I used to go to this IHOP after my son and nephews T-Ball games at the park on Coral Way and 142nd Ave I love this IHOP.

Try the Harvest and Nuts pancakes. You won’t be sorry. This visit was better than other ones, but I saw a lot of dissapointed people from other tables. Technically, they don’t do well when the place is packed. Food is good anyways.

We went to IHOP at 285NW42nd Ave Miami, FL33126 on 31st. When we entered, there was nobody else waiting and they had empty table. One attendant(Latino guy with French cut beard) directed us to be seated in an empty table but another attendant(Latino woman with short hair) yelled at him and kept us waiting longer. Another group arrived after us, and they got seated immediately at that table, and after that, we got seated in a table just after the restroom where odor from cigarette smoke and restroom was coming. After that, we waited for an hour and nobody came near our table. The first latino guy came after we waved our hands at him and he asked us with a surprised tone… nobody attended you yet!!! Few minutes later he came again and said the same thing(as if he did not know). Then two of our friend felt terribly sick and left the restaurant(we were supposed to eat together and go home together). They had to wait the entire time in the car while we took food and they did not even eat. After that I was really pissed off and shouted whether there was somebody who could take our order. A black guy came, I dont know if he is the manager. He was very rude and talking with a very dominating voice, as if we worked under him. I have had meals at several IHOP locations over US, but never found such horrible, rude and impolite behavior. The first latino guy eventually attended us and said sorry several times, he seemed really nice, but that black guy was very impolite and rude, never said sorry a single time. Racist place and they discriminate among guests. If they dont like you, they will completely ignore you as if you were never there.

This place is always packed on weekend mornings. They have good service and try to seat everyone as quickly as possible. The food is good and served hot. They are kid friendly because mine use to make a big mess when they were younger. I usually order pickup because of the long wait.

I can’t believe no one has ever written a review of this horrible place. I went a few weeks ago for brunch with my family. We’ve been here before but couldn’t remember why we never came back, since its closer to my house. We realized after we got there and received our food. First off, the«host» didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He didn’t speak any English and seemed completely lost. I understand that we live in Kendall and there is bound to be people who only speak Spanish. I’m not being a racist, being as I’m hispanic and I speak Spanish. There were customers there that didn’t. The host had told us 15 min. We were going on 30 min and our names still wasn’t called. We were only three and other customers with small groups like ours, were being seated almost immediately. I ask the gentleman what happened and he tells me that there are 2 more people ahead. I see the list and everyone around us was crossed out. Obviously, he skipped us. I can’t complain about our server because she really tried to help us. When the food arrived, my sister’s omelet was done incorrectly, things that she said she didn’t want was on there and instead of having the ingredients INSIDE the omelet, they were thrown on top. When she received it again, they took out ingredients that she did wasn’t and left the ones she didn’t. Again, it wasn’t cooked in. my breakfast was partially cooked as well. The eggs that I had ordered as fried, arrived with the whites uncooked and the country steak wad still a little raw. The food had taken so long to arrive that I didn’t want to send it back and get another. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience and reminded us why we never came back. This has to be the worst place ever.
