I ordered a couch and table from Internum on 9⁄3. We were told it would come in early December. It seemed reasonable for custom furniture. When early December rolled around we heard nothing from them so we called. They told us then it would be early January. Same thing with January. We finally just received the furniture in early February. We had to continuously call to receive any updates because they were never proactive nor apologetic with any of their delays. When we brought up how ridiculous 5 months was to wait for furniture with no explanation they just replied with a piece of paper I signed. I understood it all fell under their terms but was looking for help in figuring out when I was going to receive the furniture. Then when the furniture arrived, they have no delivery options for you. We had to arrange our own delivery service, were given the wrong address and no one was there for over an hour after our agreed time costing us additional money. When you buy $ 50K in 2 pieces of furniture, you expect better customer service. I have never been treated so poorly by somewhere high end. I would advise that if you like their product, find someone else who sells it. This place falls short in every way you can imagine and you’ll be greatly disappointed.

Horrible customer service. Gave us the wrong pick up address to the warehouse! No remorse, no feedback, no one really knew what was going on that worked there.
