Another four months have passed and it’s now been 11 months. When I asked to pick up my chair, Mr. Rubilar asked if I could get the fabric because he was short two yards. What? You are an upholstery store and you are asking me to get fabric which I picked from a swatch YOU had which I already paid for and you’ve been lying to me saying you only had to fix the legs of my chair. I said l would pick up as is and now he is not responding AGAIN. I am tired of these games and him holding my property hostage. I will keep

JC Quality no longer exists at this location. I am the current tenant and have been for the past 2 years. All the rightfully angry people from here and others who haven’t posted on here have visited me assuming I am a part of this company which I am not. I understand Pablo has not changed the address to his invoices and still reflect my address. Based off of the reviews I cannot recommend doing business with this company but if you choose to do so make sure he gives you the correct address of where you can meet him if needed.

Pablo is a thief and a liar. We gave him our couch about three + weeks ago, and has been giving us the run around about delivering the finished product. He doesn’t return our calls or texts, and when he finally does return the text, he says he will deliver today, but never does. Whatever you do, do not trust this crook with your furniture. He will tell you lie after lie. Biggest POS I’ve ever met!

Thank you for posting your reviews. I must have read the wrong ones thinking this company had a great reputation with years of experience and happy customers. I also had the same situation and havent even sent our furniture yet. Lots of texts and phone calls back and forth, emails confirming pick up time and no show. Still havent heard from anyone after asking me to leave a deposit. I will search for a reputable company that can be trusted and has the professionalism were looking for.

These guys are the worst. Paolo said he’d come on Monday and then never showed up. His voicemail was full each time I called and he only text back occasionally to keep changing what time he would come to do the repairs. On Tuesday he was unreachable and then finally said he’d be by in an hour; however, he was a no-​show and no response. At 1:30am I finally got 3 text responses in Spanish that made no sense. This doesn’t seem like it’s even a real business.

NEVER AGAIN! I took some stools to be refinished and repainted. After 2 months (dec 4 to feb 3) my stools were still left with rusted areas that were never painted. I had to repeatedly visit the place and ask them to complete the job. The father was rude and refused to paint the rusted spots. The son accepted my complaints but did not fix the problem. Unprofessional, unacceptable. I gave up and took my stools to someone that can finish a paint job.
