I had a wonderful experience at this location. I was greeted promptly and escorted into the waiting room. Parksen, the mechanic listened to my concerns with my car. When he checked the oil it turned out that I was not due for an oil change. He took the extra step and showed me my oil was clean as it gets. Then he topped off my fluids and added air to my tires before sending me on my way. I appreciated the mechanic’s honesty as this is hard to come by in Miami. I would recommend this location Jiffy Lube and will be back.

Very friendly, walked in with a groupon was greeted really nice welcome & offered coffee and seated in a cool office. Employees are nice and I would definitely return to this location to service my car. thank you jiffy lube.

If they quote a price for service you better get it in writing. Was quoted $ 10 to clean battery terminals. On the bill they charged $ 19.99. When questioned it was done by orders of management who was too busy to discuss with customer. Guess what this is the first and last time. On a later inspection, I found that they had just sprayed the terminals but had not removed and cleaned.
