Kendall Collision

Took my Lexus RSX after a hit and run at a parking lot. The customer service was great!!! My car looks as good as new and it was returned promptly. Big thanks to Mike and the employees at Kendall Collision.

Took my car here after a car accident I had, first off let me just say DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, took them a month and a half to fix a bumper and hood. Not to mention was promised for about a week and half my car was going to be done and it took them an extra week and a half after that for them to be done. Also, getting in contact with them for information and status updates about your vehicle are impossible you’re better off going into the store but you might wait 1 hour before even being helped. Nasty customer service, nasty front desk representatives with no will to help. Charged me 5,000 $ for horrible service & once my car was returned it had shop dust all over it and the light they fixed didn’t fit so I had to come back and complain this isn’t what I wanted to do especially for how much I had to spend and wait for my car.

Worst experience ever. Took them forever to fix my car then when I got it back a month and a half later, there were still many issues wrong with it and had to return the car to fix the pathetic «work» they did on it. My A/​C worked perfectly before my accident and after I was given the car back from them it didn’t work. Didn’t turn on or blow cold air. They refused to fix it and after a few phone calls, emails the issue was finally resolved. There was also problems in the paint, unfinished, rough surfaces, condensation and improper fit of the headlights, my passenger side door handle cap fell off on the turnpike, and I had to come back 2 years later because my hood and bumper were painted poorly and some pieces didn’t color match. They continued to hassle me until I spoke with the Director of the place. Their quality control is terrible, I don’t think they inspect the vehicles at all before they return them to customers. I would never let these people ever touch my car again. Highly advise everyone to stay away from here.

I have spent 4 hours over three days on the phone with this business. I gave them all my information 10 times over because it keeps getting misplaced. Three separate times they have called me to tell me that they were picking up my car to tow it to their shop for repairs, and three separate times no one showed. The absolute worst customer service. The entire business is utterly shameful.

why isnt there an option for no stars at all? or minus stars?
worst experience of my life. i even initiated a complaint against this company with consumer services, and some bla bla bla letter sent by them served as response for consumer services and nothing was done. you can find it as public record. don’t let this people put their hands anywhere near your car. my brand new car is still messed up because of the lack of quality control and knowledge of management and employees at this place. these people have no idea what they are doing. run away from them!

Not good! First visit waited 2 ½ hours for ten minute assessment. Guy said he was on phone call about family member with cancer.
Gave them second chance year later, poor communications with customer and insurance company. Took my car apart before approval with insurance, then took 10 days to get car back even tho they called week earlier said had parts. Tried calling multiple times, their phones and internet down two days.

WONDERFUL! I had a hit and run on Miami Beach where some jerk damaged the front of my car by damaging both wheels and my front end. My car insurance company, USAA, hooked me up with Kendall Collision since I have a Toyota Yaris, and Kendall Collision fixes Toyotas, Scions and Lexus. Kendall Collision was wonderful. They gave me a detailed description of the repair and they fixed it before the estimated deadline. They have a lifetime warranty on body repair and their techs are Toyota certified. I highly recommend this place.

Horrible. Under new management who stopped giving a crap about their customers. My car’s been giving me grief since I took it there in May, and 6 months later, hundreds of dollars in towing and rental cars as well countless lost hours later, they still can’t fix my car.
They keep giving me the run-​around, hiding behind procedural gibberish and red tape so they don’t have to fix my car (and keep charging me $$$ for rentals). They even passed the buck and essentially sent me to another shop because they’re so useless, and won’t co-​ordinate with the new shop so now I get to repeat the same fun process all over again.
Stay as far away as you possibly can.
