Was soo happy after my initial visit with Dr. Espinosa, I referred my sister and her two children to her establishment. Little did I know what a NIGHTMARE this would turn into. Based on the Dr. Espinosa’s recommendation, I opted for progressives but i couldnt adapt to them., so after a month of going back and forth for adjustments, I decided to get single vision. Low and behold, when I go and pick up my glasses, I can barely see the clerk behind the counter. Since then I’ve been in contact with the office manager (Heidi) who is as rude as I don’t know what. Needless to say, three months have passed and i still dont have my glasses. NO, I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND KENDALL EYE CENTER TO ANYONE ELSE. Please excuse any typos, I can’t see! Negative Zero Stars.

Friendly staff, I didn’t have to wait very long to see the dr. Which is always a PLUS!

I have been going to Dr. Espinoza at Kendall Eye Center for the past 4 years. The staff and the doctor are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Espinoza is a very warm person, which makes the appoint all that more comfortable. She answers all your questions with a lot of patience. The staff is very accommodating, always open to help you and work around your needs.

Reading previous reviews I can say I was very unhappy with my visit. I went in for glasses and contact lenses, I provided my insurance beforey visit to see what was my coverage. They took my info and called me the next day telling me I was good to go that my insurance would cover both exams, the visit took two hours. She said I should use some drops for my allergies. After my visit they told me my insurance did not cover they were over charging me said my insurance was granted because of my «situation» (pregnancy) in front of every other patient. I felt embarrassed and she didn’t even note me the eye drops name for my allergies. I left there AMD went somewhere else without apt paid $ 5 cheaper and finished everything in 40 mins. This place was humiliating and a waste of time. At least for me.

Terrific experience. The place was super nice and the doctor was incredibly knowledgeable. I went for a contact lens consultation and after hearing the problems I had with my previous experience with lenses, she was immediately able to determine the problem and get me set with a new brand that worked for me. This is definitely my new vision care practice of choice.
