Everyone was very friendly. Service was great. Enjoy.

This review is solely for their customer service, specifically for one employee named Julio Morales. Every single time my husband and I come through the drive thru and he is there we experience the best service. He is courteous, professional, fast, accurate and repeats orders to make sure and when you pull up to the window he always has a smile. This is an employee that should be recognized and considered for a promotion. I’m sure his peers can benefit and learn from his interactions and great customer service. This is something you do not see in fast food restaurants.

Horrible. How is the name of your business Kentucky fried chicken and you have no chicken. I’m in the drive-​through and their employee tells me that it’s going to be 15 minutes for them to make chicken. What the…

Best KFC in my opinion based on taste alone. I saw the review for this store about terrible services and frankly, I do not see any of it (believe me, if I see it, I will point it out) so maybe they got a new manager. Idk.
Honestly, their extra crispy drum and thigh must be the most delicious KFC I have tasted in the US. I have frequent other KFC, but this one just tasted better. Juicier, tastier. I do not know how to explain it. Other place are usually drier. This one just get it right. I have come to this KFC many time now and 9/​10, it is perfect. Cudos to the cook guy/​gal.
Also, they are very clean. Honestly, nothing to complain about this establishment. Slow service sometime but we live in Miami and ppl just seem to accept that.

Service is occasionally a little slow, but I haven’t had the poor experience other reviewers have mentioned. My order has always been accurate and the food on point.

Not a fan. I’ve gotten my food to go both times I’ve been here. Once, a ten piece with some sides. Not hard to mess that up. Upon serving my boyfriend and myself, we see the chicken is pink beneath the crust. It was undercooked! He ate drumsticks and I ate the sides. We cooked the chicken the next day in the oven for lunch, how can you not master the main item you sell?
Second time there, I am waiting for the food to be bagged. I hear a young kid behind the counter yell «hey! Hey. ten piece!!» To get my attention. This place is staffed with kids who don’t care about the service they provide. I’d rather walk into public and pick up food there.

The manager Reyna is very rude and unprofrofessional. She is very lazy. Instead of making the customer the food they ordered, she says it’s not available that way she doesn’t have to cook it. She also has a very nasty attitude. She cares about herself more than giving the customers the service they pay for. Many times her three year old son has been sitting behind the counter which is also very unprofessional. An employee named Stefani, who seems to be really tight with the manager, is always eating the food. Stefani attends the customers with food in her mouth. The manager needs better customer service relations/​relations.

If you don’t mind bad service and dirty tables this is the place for you. Yeah and bring your own napkins, we are a family of 4 and they gave us 2 napkins, When I got up to ask for more they gave me 2 more.

You would think: fast food & quick service… NOT! Sunday night and close to FIU… someone suggested it would be good… oh no!!! service was super slow!!! The cashier had to check for items everytime we asked him, do you have corn on the cob, do you have crispy fried chicken, do you have grilled? the cashier has to have all the tools to proper take the orders, it is the first step towards the supply chain coming up next i.e. the order. They barely had supplies outside for self serve, i.e. lids, ketchup, forks, etc. The service was SO slow, and the slowing was due to the fact that the orders were getting messed up! At pick up, the girl would say this is order # bla bla bla, but when people picked up the order, it was not correct. My order was messed up 3 times! they did not have dark meat on regular, nor crispy chicken at a chicken place! This place was definitely a mess… eventually I laugh… there is nothing we can do at this point, I just laugh and see them running around like a chicken without a head. Eventually the cashier moves to delivering orders, and someone else takes orders!!! taking orders is the most important part!!! there was a gentleman waiting with us as well, and he said… when that lady (pointing to the picture of the manager) is here… you don’t wait more than 5 mins!!! He was definitely a regular! We waited like 15 minutes… fast service, I don’t think so.

This restaurant’s location is great for FIU students. They can literally walk accross the street and be at Colonel Sanders’ door. The staff is usually professional and work quickly.
Love the popcorn chicken, mac-​n-​cheese, corn bread & biscuits.
