I bought a Gigantium Chrono automatic for my dad on father’s day, a few years ago. He loved it then and still wears today. He never goes a day without it. I recently visited their new location to get it serviced and they were great. The price was accurate, and they left my dad’s watch like I just bought it. They removed the scratches on the bezel and even went the extra mile and replaced his strap bracelet for a new leather one. He does not like the metal ones as his wrist hairs get caught in it. When I came home my father asked if I had gotten him a new watch. He was astounded as to how clean and shiny his chrono looked after all these years. He got rid of his Bulova for this long lasting Swiss Chronometer. As for me I love my pink M940. It’s my sport chic everyday watch. I am a true believer that a watch symbolizes a person’s lifestyle. I love how I can show off my girly personality with the pink dial. My girlfriends always complement me because Dive with and it never gets water damage. As a quartz watch I replace the battery every year with Krieger Service Dept and I have not had any problems in doing so. Their staff is exceptional. I always get treated like royalty. I plan my battery replacement accordingly with their watchmaker. I look forward to visiting them every year it has been a long and joyful relationship.

I own the 2000.00 pink shell watch, mechanical wind up. I have many watches, have not ever overwound a watch. Sent this one back for the overwoundedness, that was 600.00. Got it back and it overwound again. Tried to keep in touch with the company for repair Kreiger, they did not keep in touch with me. I was worried about sending it back, since they didnot respond to my problem. Do not know what to do with the 2000.00 watch. s larhette

After my last review, I was contacted by Krieger and asked to send the watch back to them. They paid postage both ways, totally fixed every complaint I had, and returned the watch to me in about a week or week and a half. I am very pleased with the work they did on it, which should have been done the first time. I hope they can get their act together because I like the older watches and plan to use them again.

I bought my wife a Krieger Gigantium watch about five years ago and it recently stopped working. I took it to my local jeweler and he told me that it would cost $ 500 to repair. I thought that was a lot but he told me that Krieger would charge a lot more. Since Krieger’s offices are near my home, I decided to take it there. I was told there to leave it for an estimate. About 30 later I received a call and was told that it would be $ 534 to fix it. I protested and they dropped the price to $ 424. I had to pay upfront and it took another 30 days to get it repaired. When I went in to pick it up, I decided to set the correct time on it before I left. The watch would not work. The lady took the watch back into the shop(a small set on offices) and about 30 minutes later returned with the watch. The moral of this story is that if you need you Krieger repaired, take it to a reputable watch repair shop instead of sending it to Krieger. I think that you will get it repaired much faster and probably a little cheaper.
