I work for a private pest control company and while doing s job one day their rep/boss whoever the hell he was takes his time to get out of his car, walk across to my truck and start badgering me about my licensing, safety equipment, etc etc until I told him to get back into his car and mind his business. I also reminded him it was a violation to be working doing pest control in his car with no signage, company name, phone #, etc. what a complete putz. He no peeky Ingly too good either. Figures.

Unprofessional and unethical. As a business owner, closing down to tent for termites is a big deal. The sales guy, Eddie promised to handle this to our requirements. The contract was written as such. The day of the tenting, the service person was completely unaware of the times the tent would go up and down. The salesperson wouldn’t answer the phone… when we would not allow them to proceed with the tenting, the owner of the business said that the salesperson wasn’t authorized to do this — but he would honor it for another $ 1,000.(He stated that it was off hours, holiday.) At that point, we negotiated to split the difference. We’re not sure if this was just a bad salesperson, or if this their business practice to increase the contract when you’ve already planned for the tenting. When Eddie did finally call us back, he had no explanation and we clearly stated that his lying was unprofessional and unethical. The owner said he was going to be fired — but he was here to pick up the check! Buyer beware…
