I gave this place one star because I had no choice, really it should be in the NEGATIVE! After seeing the same stylist for many years I was forced to change because my previous stylist moved out of the state. Based on a previous review I tried this place out, what a disappointment. I went for basic color and was not happy from the start. Two days later the color started to wash out and I was left with two different tones in my hair that we’re very noticeable and not at all what I wanted or expected for the amount of money I was charged. The people were not at all friendly and the owner Mercy was arrogant and rude. If you want to color your hair for a Halloween costume this is the place to go! BEWARE!

Excellent service, Merci gets right to the point, makes ones feel comfortable, she is very approachable, classy, hip, and a total professional; I felt great in her hands and not nervous at all. I finally found a jewel in the Brickell Area, I will definitely return. Neat less to say as I just left her salon a cyclist riding by said: «hey, there sweets, lol what a riot!
