This store has the best prices in South Florida. Despite it being over an hour away from my house, i still make the drive because better then the prices and merchadise is the AMAZING, helpful, funny and knowledgeable staff that works here. Everything that i know about making jewelry i owe it to these ladies. They have taught me how to put it together, which materials are the best and all the terminology. Evert time i go there i spend no less than 2 – 4 hours, the patience that these ladies have is unbelievable. Jeanette is an amazing good hearted person with so much knowledge, she helps me every time i go and is there with me every second giving me constructive feedback and helping me with every question. She is so patient, loving, and sweet. Eva is as amazing, anyone in jewelry making would be lucky enough just know half of the stuff that she knows and always willing to share it, i am so grateful for both of them them because i am always so lost. I wish i knew every single ladies name because i have plenty of good things to say about each of them. They are all always laughing and making jokes making the customers feel so welcomed with such a nice atmosphere and still so competent and astute with their work. I get there with my computer my purse, my phone and leave it all everywhere, everyone there looks after me and my stuff. I do not understand how anyone can give a bad comment about this place. The ones that have seriously need an attitude check and forgot to take their meds or drink their happy pill, please just because you are bitter you don’t have to take everyones else’s actions towards you negatively. For those new coming in, you won’t regret it. ;)

I really don’t know how someone can leave a bad review for this place. Their staff are incredibly patient, nice and friendly. The other day I spent 4 hours looking for beads and the entire time they were helping me. This place is heaven for a jewelry designer. And don’t even let me started with the price. You guys should definitely check it out.

Best place in town for stones, beads and findings. The largest selection, and they also string for you if you need. You can find everything from reasonably priced pearls (downright cheap) to spectacular, large stones and pearls. They also carry chain by the foot and all kinds of wires and silk for stringing. It’s all here.

This place is awful. The customer service is terrible and the employees are cold. Not a friendly store and I strongly recommend buying online for a better experience and better savings. This place is not cheap and not worth the headache. Management should learn a thing or to about customer appreciation. Good luck in your next life ladies, Karma :)

There are some employees that are very helpful, and others you can tell are there because they need the money. But this is only a reflection on the owner, who can use a personality adjustment. That said, it is a great place to come for Swarovski crystals and pearls, as it is the cheapest price I have found anywhere, including the Internet. I don’t know that I would purchase anything else here, as most of the stuff is cheap things from China, so ask what you are buying. The new location across from Gesu Church is so much better than the old one. You now have room to move around without jumping over other customers. However, they could improve the display/​access to the Swarovski items.
