Taste good for the price i rather go to cuban guys, get double the amount of food for less money, talking about the media noche sandwich.

Reasonably-priced in a very nice setting. The food tastes fine – if unspectacular – for a Cuban place in Miami.(but definitely better than Casavana up the road). They really skimp on the plantains, though. You’re lucky to get three slices on the side if you ask for them.

I had the bistec de pollo and it was absolutely gross. The chicken taste like it was uncooked, just thinking about it makes you want to throw up. The place itself is in need of a good cleanup. The smell was horrible and there. What a horrible experience, never again.

I love this place! Authentic Cuban food with no frills. The food is always done right and the servers are very friendly. It’s laid back atmosphere and delicious dishes make this a great way to break from cooking!

The food was great and so was the service. El pollo a la plancha & the Mahi with shrimps was fantastic. We will be definitely be coming back. Even great for party’s as well they have 3 different menu plans with 2 private seating areas on each side of the restaurant. ;)

We came in on Mother’s Day and were immediately asked if we had reservations, which we didn’t. We awkwardly waited at the front for a few minutes and then were seated. Service was great. Everyone’s food was good, with the exception of my nephew’s, his pork chops were a little on the hard side. I had the rabo encendido, it was good, no tough meat and the size was good. I left super stuffed and with no room for dessert! I’ll be back for more! I like this place better than Carreta!

The waiting time is horrible. We had a reservation, came before the time and waiting 30 minutes after the time of our reservation. Besides the time no one attempted to help, everyone had an attitude and it was very hot inside. It was not a good experience.

Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine, on the corner of 117th and SW72 St, is definitely okay in my book as far as Cuban dining goes. Very similar to others like La Carreta, it delivers on all fronts, providing us with a great experience. We came here last night after finding a good deal on Groupon and had a great experience. Even though I was the only Spanish speaker at the table, the servers were all very courteous and attentive to our wants(We didn’t ‘need’ 4 baskets of bread). Though the restaurant was empty, the food was great! I ordered a Lechon Asado with Yuca Frita and Arroz con Frijoles and was not disappointed. Aside from my girlfriend’s father ordering the Bistec Empanizado I don’t recall what the others ordered though they all had good things to say about it. Pitcher of Sangria was good for 3 and was very tasty. All in all a great dining experience with some great people and my girlfriend: P

Hands down one of the better Cuban restaurants in Miami. The food is delicious. The prices are fair for the amount of food. They offer a $ 10.00 special Monday through Friday til 6pm which includes soup or salad, main entrée with two sides and desert. I had the broiled fish with congri and sweet plantains. The fish which is Sway was amazing. I have never tried this fish but I’ve become a fan. White flaky & buttery tasting. It’s right up there with Chilean Sea Bass. My husband says they make the best pork in town. Good friendly service. Relaxed atmosphere. A must to try.

I loved this place very welcoming. Very nice. Nice atmosphere. Staff was friendly. Food was awesome. You got a lot of good for what you paid for. Café was amazing. Also ordered appetizers. In a busy parking lot but perfect for business. Waiter was nice

Food is average. Cocktails are so yummy! Service is not warm and fuzzy but they make it happen. We sent back the croquetas. We u used the the common kind and these were made w red peppers.

I tend to frequent this place alot since it happens to be close to work. Service is quick and the lunch specials are great! My favorite is arroz amarillo con pollo served on thursdays… huuuuuuge plate of food with sweet plantains. You can definitely share this and its super cheap. I usually like to pair this with their $ 1 sangria which I happen to think is pretty darn good. They also have fresh lemonade that they prepare frappé style. Great variety in traditional desserts– all seem to taste homemade which I like… flan de coco, flan de queso, natilla, tres leches, etc… If you’re in the area and want cuban food, this place is a must!

Wish this place had better support. It’s has the best oxtail in Miami hands down. Friendly service. $ 2.95 mojitos.

Came here since we were in the area and my son was starving. We shared the churrasco who was supposed to be 12 oz but it didn’t look like 12 oz once we got it. Prices were higher than I expected as well. Overall ok experience. Good thing about it is it wasn’t busy at all.

First impression was the place was empty on a Sunday afternoon which had me nervous to start. We ask our server to turn up the a.c. since it was freezing and he responded that we should have out blood pressure checked??? Okay then… guess my doctor should train at a restaurant first before saying that I’m healthy, lol. Food was not bad but nothing to rave about either. Been to the location in broward and it was packed and just a little tastier. This is a really populated latin area so the fact this place is still pretty empty on a Sunday at dinner time is a true sign that this place is just average… More like 2.5 stars

Me and my family love this place. It’s never too busy so food comes out fast. I’ve been here over 20 times and never had a bad experience. I like their bistec de pollo with rice black beans and yuca. Definitely recommend this place. Fair prices, friendly staff and good Cuban food. Don’t forget to have some flan. Enjoy!
