Stopped by this afternoon to buy some lipstick. Wow this tiny place was super super packed. I was offered help as soon as I walked in, which I declined. I just wanted to look around. Even though the store was small, they had a big selection of lipsticks, which was the main reason I went there. I decided on a color and asked for helped, and was immediately given my lipstick and at the checkout line.

I have been to this location a few times and I’ve always had a great experience. Despite being one of the busiest stores that I have been to, I was attended to as soon as I walked in. While other beauty stores are fun to explore and try on every product that you can imagine, MAC is your go-​to cosmetics supplier for reliable, quality makeup. My skin tone changes drastically with the seasons, and I have always found my best matches from MAC. The girls who have helped me at this store took their time to make sure I did not walk out with the incorrect foundation hue and contouring powders… I can’t say the same for other boutiques.

Staff is so friendly and welcoming. They helped my mother with her false eyelashes without hesitation.
Their selection is great, too! A wide variety of eyeshadow palettes make all the difference. They have great foundation options for the experience makeup artist and the ones new to the scene.

Their product container quality and makeup pigmentation will always reign supreme. Still, they need more customer service people on the floor. My friend and I would ask for help. The saleswoman would take our order. Then walk away. Also, they didn’t have all of their products in stock. It would be great to have access to a database computer, do a search to see if that store had what you needed, and go from there. Aside from that, I’m still a «loyal to their lipstick» fan.

my name is Gabriela, I am from Brazil and I have visited the store recently!!!
It was full of people because of the hollyday, but i had a great expirience and the sales associate who help me was nice and super helpfull.
The only think that i wanna bring up is that i haven’t check all the products that i bought in the store, so when i got back home in Brazil I found out that one of the lipstick had only the support but not the lipstick inside, you can see that it is a manufacturing error, so that message is not a complein I just wnant to know how can u guys help me. I’ll live my e mail and hope one of the manegers can contact me soon!!!

Nice MAC store. Good service by men who look prettier in their makeup than many women!
