Long long long long lines and they don’t even change the merchandise, they need ASAP to improve, and hire more personal so they can assist you!!!

This is the closest Marshall’s to my home. Though I prefer the TJ Maxx Homegoods, this Marshall’s does the job when looking for a gift or random items.
I must say, this is the type of store in which you must keep an eye out for items and make purchases upon finding items you like, as there isn’t much repetition of items, and what is in stock flies.
You can find well known brands ar discounted prices as well as not so well know brands, those are priced for even less.
The customer service is ok, but don’t expect help while at store. Pretty much the only interaction you get, is upon paying for items.
The amount of cashiers open has improved over the years, however, do expect delays if shopping on weekend.
Parking in this location is also a bit of a hassle.

This store isn’t as bad as others mention. They have discounted brand names clothing and shoes (Crocs for $ 15-​$ 17), purses/​wallets (Michael Kors), toys (Melisssa & Doug), house and personal items (phone covers, sunglasses). I agree it could be more organized sometimes but that’s not always the employees’ fault, it is more on the consumer side. You certainly don’t have anyone following you around to see what you are looking for, but that’s not what I expect from stores like this anyways.

Has better selections now the employees still not that friendly they are always looking mad but you do find great deals can’t go wrong with that

I honestly don’t think this place is bad as everyone says it is!
Do they offer discounted clothes? YES.
Are the clothes fashionable? SOME OF THEM.
Is it organized? Well, the clothes are in the right place.
Are the workers friendly? I didn’t really talk to any workers besides the cashier, but she smiled at me.
Could there be a larger selection? DEFINITELY YES!
I found what I needed which was a pair of black dress shoes, and I will definitely be coming here again.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because selection has improved. Organization is a bit better, not much but better.

HORRIBLE!!! I think my kids would work the registers faster. The wait is ALWAYS long. It’s like they pay them to take longer.
I really didn’t want to head to the mall for a shirt. Figured cant be that bad. I’ll go pick up a shirt. Right, I went picked out a shirt & left it.
Three cashiers all taking longer than I could possible bare. Line was huge. So I guess mall it is.

I have no idea what possessed me to even walk into this store when I clearly know how badly this store sucks. It’s dirty, poorly kept, unorganized and the people that work there have the combined IQ of my shoe size. I grew up in the Kendall area and I remember as a little kid thinking how bad this store blows, you can imagine how low I think of it now considering I’m an adult and have a much higher set of standards. UGH!
