Massage Green Spa of West Kendall

Ummmm… this place is a great value!!! I’ve has ALOTTA massages and I gotta tell ya. HUGO got some knots out that I didn’t even know were affecting me, till I was done with massage. I’ve felt very relaxed after massages but this was taken to another level.

My husband & I tried this place out together and received a «couples» massage. The location is convenient and quiet, and the facility is quite nice. Much nicer than Massage Envy! There is a very nice ambiance, with a relaxing water feature in the waiting area and comfortable couches. The staff was also friendlier than at Massage Envy. Our therapists greeted us at the same time and led us to the room. They each asked us what areas needed attention and any special requests. As for the massage, I was not very impressed with my therapist, but my husband enjoyed his. My therapist did one of those karate chop moves on me that reminded me of something that an amateur would do. Maybe I’m mistaken, but I never realized that was supposed to be an actual technique used in massage. I have had many different massages in different locations, and never had that move performed on me… However, overall I would say it was a pleasant experience and the introductory price is GREAT! I would be open to trying it again.

I am in chronic pain from the massage I received a month ago. I have since been to a chiropractor to help fix what the massage therapist did to my back. While she was massaging me, I was counting down the minutes till she finished because she was an experienced massage therapist. She did this weird thing to my hair for 10 minutes. I could have done a better job on myself and saved money. I would STRONGLY discourage wasting your time and money at this terrible facility.

The massage was great, however the overall temperature in the spa was cold. The beds were heated, but everytime the therapist took the blanket of to massage an area arm, leg I felt the cold. Not a comfortable experience on this ocasson.

The staff is well educated and well mannered, the massage was excellent. Will be coming back!

Best massage I’ve ever had. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the massage therapists are knowledgeable and experienced. Armando was my massage therapists and he really focused on those tense areas and gave me pointers to alleviate my back pain and soreness. I walked out of there beyond relaxed and like new. Their intro package is well worth it but my recommendation is to skip the small talk and jump straight to the massage; the hour begins as soon as you walk in the door. As for becoming a regular member, it definitely beats other massage franchises in my opinion.

I loved my massage therapist, Nancy! She was so sweet and took great care in finding out what areas I needed extra work in. Although it was only an hour, she made the most out of it and even gave me tips that I could use at home. I highly recommend her. The place itself is clean and serene and the staff is professional.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The massage is great and the prices are unbeatable! Highly recommend!

I called on a Tuesday morning and was able to schedule for the same day. The person on the phone, a male Alex, was a professional through and through. Alex explained the pricing and what to expect. He asked me what type of massage I prefer and recommended Patria as a therapist. When I arrived in the shopping centre, there was plenty of parking and once inside, I was pleased by the decoration, cleanliness, and tranquility of the location. My therapist met me and took my to a nice room which had a table in great shape. She then went over my form and asked a few questions. Patria then gave me exactly what I asked for, and more. She has strength and great technique. She’s not chatty, and let’s you drift off while working her magic. She did a fantastic job and did neck work on me that addressed things I didn’t even know I had! At the end, payment was simple and I was asked to come again without any membership pressure. A great first impression and definitely with recommending!

Excellent vision. Customer service is obvious from the moment you walk in to the massage as well as with the front desk. Definitely a value for excellent quality!

I went there for the one-​hour introductory offer and really enjoyed my experience. The waiting lobby is very serene and welcoming and the front staff is friendly. I opted for the Swedish Massage since I just wanted something relaxing and my masseuse was very thorough. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the massage itself was probably a little less than 45 minutes. I understand the «one hour» includes change time and any discussions between you and your massage therapist, but I was on the massage table at around 12:15 (my appointment was at 12) and she left the room a few minutes before 1. But overall, a positive experience!

I highly recommend Massage Green Spa. I went in for the Swedish Massage and I will definitely go back. Patria was my massage therapist and she was wonderful. She really takes an interest in what your needs are. From the moment I walked in I felt such a peaceful and soothing sensation. The music, the cleanliness, and the attention to detail are what put Massage Green in a class of their own. I wish I could spend a week there!

I just have my second massage at Massage Green in West Kendall. And it was a great experience, they greet you with a smile when you walk in, the ambiance is sothing and relax, very clean and organize. I upgrade from one hour, to one and half. The two masseuse in my visits was Elier and Javier and they were wonderful. They were very professional and make my sore body feel great, I love it! Thank you guys!!! :=)
