This place needs to seriously get it together. I cannot tell you the times I’ve come here trying to get my order right and fast. Always disappointed. And they never seem to have dr.pepper.

This has got to be one of Miami’s worst McDonalds! There is never more than one cashier at any given time; no matter how many people are in line or how full the lobby is. The manager will pass by look at the line and go back to talking on the cell phone.
It’s a shame we can’t give negative stars.

I’m not a huge McDonald’s fan overall, but there is a young man named Daniel who works here, & he is the reason for this review. While no one in Miami seems to know what customer service is, you will receive a big smile from Daniel. I came in with a disabled woman & he was very patient taking our orders. His demeanor made such an impression. McDonalds should hire more people like him.

This was the best drive thru service I have ever been to. The guy that handed us the food was super nice and efficient. Very impressed
