I always have different experiences depending on whose working. However today was awful. An elderly woman was making my subs who I believe is the owner. She tried to sell me extra chicken and extra tuna when all she put on my sub to begin with was 4 pieces of chicken and two scoops of tuna. I thought to myself this is ridiculous but then let her continue making my subs. It got worse. When it came to adding the extra ingredients this lady told me there was no spinach. I over heard her earlier telling an employee about the spinach in the back so I asked her«is there any in the back?» She gave me a confused look but then proceeded to say let me check. This lady had the audacity to come back with some unappealing frozen looking spinach. I thought subways was known for its fresh subs. I then said never mind and left without any subs and without paying. I refuse to go back and ever consume any subs here. I feel sorry for the employees and the rules they probably have to follow in this establishment. Also they do accept coupons here. I do not recommend anyone to go here.

This is the WORST Subway I have ever been to, and really the WORST establishment for customer service period. The first time I was in this Subway I was unfortunately introduced to Ivania who I’m pretty sure is the owner of this«store.» I tried to use a coupon and was rudely informed that they were not accepted in that location. She was rude and condescending and I vowed to never go back. Unfortunately for me, I was in the neighborhood today and thought I would give it another shot. AAAAHHHHHH! This place is so bad I had to immediately get on my computer to share it with other patrons to never step foot in here. The employees seem to be family members in training who speak another language and try to help train each other on how to serve your sandwich which is extremely time consuming and repetitive. When I finally got to the cashier, I was again face to face with Ivania who never fails to be rude. I paid for my 6 inch sweet onion teryaki sub which was $ 6.42 by itself with nothing else. This is about $ 1 more than I pay at the subway on 8th and 16th right down the street. So not only do they hate coupons, but it’s basically price gouging. Real classy. After paying, she printed out my receipt, threw it in the trash and walked away, WHILE I stood there waiting to get my receipt. What a crazy person. Then when I called her out on it, she had the audacity to say that I never asked for it!?? Since when do you have to ask to get a copy of the receipt for something you just paid for. This woman is nuts. She further went on to rant about how nobody asks for their receipts so she always throws them in the garbage. WTH!!! Needless to say I WILLNEVEREVEREVEREVERGOBACKTOTHISHOLE. And I hope no one else does because these«owners» don’t deserve to own a business.

Terrible customer service is what you get from this place. As I was picking my ingredients, I asked for black olives, & cucumbers, and he at first tells me they don’t have, then gets flustered rolls his eyes & tells me to wait… Comes back with cucumbers in his hands & an attitude & tells me «I literally just came in to work» Hey, mr subways employee what does that have to do with me ordering my food?! He made me feel as though I was a bother for walking in & ordering ingredients they didn’t have in their little buckets. It’s not my fault they didn’t refill thief buckets. On top of that, the other guy which I believe is a manager charged me & didnt even hand me a receipt so I asked him if I can help myself to a reciept… So convenient location, yet such terrible experience here, Ughh

We’re to start. Bathroom wasn’t «working» paid 30 $ for two subs… I had to stand up and ask for napkins. The employees were nice, but the owners of this place are running the business straight to the ground. Do not even bother eating here. I’m giving them a star because it won’t let me post without one.

It’s so convenient yet so horrible. If you ask for anything extra they will charge and put one slice of tomato. I HATE that they can’t put napkinS or napkin for that case without asking for it. I shouldn’t have to ask. I strongly believe it’s not the employees. It’s the owner. I’ve witnessed the owner yelling at the employee while making a sandwich«that’s too much. Take off» ingredients in front of the customer. Terrible…

This store should close and the franchise revoked from the owners. I ordered a sandwich that cost me $ 7.25 for a turkey sandwich add bacon for $ 1.50 and avocado for another $ 1.50 the attendant was making the sandwich the way I wanted it when suddenly an Indian woman barged in to counter from the back of the store to «finish» my sandwich, when I started to tell her what I wanted then she gave me a miserable amount of ingredients, when I asked for more spinach she put 3(three) more leaves, as a form of insult to me for every ingredient that I wanted, she put 1 or 2 black olives and so on… At this point I was furious and told her that I’m not buying children’s size sandwiches, she was livid and continue to tell me that she was just following the suggested chart for portions(lie). I reluctantly paid for my sandwich but she did not refuse my money; I sat down and when i asked to use the bathroom she told that it was out of service, I told her that she cannot have a sitting down restaurant and have a bathroom for customers to use, it’s against heath code, she just didn’t want anyone to use water and toilet paper, evidently, soon after that magically the key for the bathroom showed up. After I called corporate, I receive a call from corporate to let me know that the owner would call me. After a few days he did call me to apologize for this woman who I assume is his wife or related to her, the guy was full of hot air to say the least, telling me that he would refund me the money with a coupon or something like that… as you are guessing !! yup I NEVER received any coupons, he had no intention to refund anything to anyone and that’s the way these people operate, they would gladly take your money and kick you out of the door; not me! I will not rest until these people are made responsibly for their 3rd world business practices towards clients. The more we, customers, tolerate these kind of practices the more we give them card blanc to continue behaving in such manner. I think corporate should be responsible for attending to the countless complaints and really do something about it. Why do these people still have a franchise? why does corporate allow unscrupulous people to own their franchise? Does Subway corporate only care about the money that they collect from it? evidently so. These people are disgusting, I have nothing bad to say about the attendant she was polite and professional to me. this happened on July 2 –2015 and the woman’s name is Ruquiya

The worst subway ever. Seriously. The people who work there are idiots. My husband asked for oil and vinegar and the guy drenched the sandwich in it. So I asked him«can I have oil and vinegar too but like half that.» The guy puts the same amount of oil and vinegar but on half the sandwich. SERIOUSLY!!! Not just that but the girl placing the meats counted every slice one by one and when it was all on the sandwich, she counted it again for safe measure. Yup, still 5 slices of salami MOVEON!!! Not to mention for two foot longs it was $ 25! Go to sushi saki next door and get some real food for the same price. I can’t believe this place is actually open.

WORSTSUBWAYEVER! Do not go to this place! They have the worst customer service ever. Usually when they have really good promotions in other subways, they most of the time say that they don’t offer the promotion. And by the way, if you usually just want to eat your sub with a glass of water at the end, you better be prepare to pay for it! Because they will tell you that you have to buy it or buy a bottle!!!

Disaster of a place. The guy who was making the sandwich dropped the knife to the floor, picked it up and kept making the sandwich like nothing happened. When I told him why he didn’t use a clean knife, he gave me all this attitude saying if I don’t want the sandwich I can go smwh else. The place is nasty. Employees even worse. It is supposed to be a clean franchise and it is being run like a shitty hot dog stand at a truck stop. Never again!

A RIPOFF Just got an $ 18 sandwich, INSANE When I asked for a $ 6.75 chicken sub I was suggested egg and avocado and I said yes. It went from $ 6.75 to $ 18 because according to this locations policy it is double size order as per special request! Which I never special requested double egg or double avocado lol BECAREFULWITHTHEADDONS!

Subway’s clearly is not the Forge, but most stores are able to turn out a nice sandwich for the price(Like the new store on Flagler Street in downtown Miami next to Radio Shack or the store on US1&27th Ave, each of which are great, make a great sandwich and have great service) The store is well, incredibly bad. I based my opinion not on one visit but several. The owners, who operate the restaurant, play a game of how little product can they put in the sandwich without having the customer walk out – literally. Requests for a reasonable amount of tomatoes, veggies, etc or meat come with a dirty look or a plain NO. Then the pricing game. Last month or so, Subways had a promotion in which about a dozen sandwiches were $ 5 for the foot long. This store would not sell it unless you upgraded to the Chips & Soda add on(for close to $ 3 bucks), rendering the«special» to be non-existent. When I suggested that what they were doing was wrong, the owner became belligerent. Sure, who can really get too exited about Subways, but many of their stores really put out a good product. This store is still in the dark ages. With options like Jimmy Johns and other Subways close by, this is one store to avoid

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star, the employees dont know there promotions for the month of April, They OVERCHARGE you, 2. they claim the promotion poster is outside just to get more customers in, when its a month promotion of $ 3 six inch sub(oven roasted chicken). this place needs to be closed down it has horrible service. NEVERCOMEHERE, STAYAWAY!!!

1. Not only does the owner not understand the meaning of customer service but is also very rude. 2. There is NEVER any spinach. 3. Had to call another manager on the phone and begged them to accept a coupon– EVENTHOUGHTHECOUPONDOESN’T MENTIONANYTHINGABOUTPARTICIPATIONMAYVARY. 4. If they will not accept coupons they need to put up a sign– No coupons allowed. 5. Hardly believe that they were Zagat rated back in 2011. What a joke. a HORRIBLE!

If I could give them ½ star I would!!! I had a bad experience at this Subway and suggest that you stay away from this place. Not only does the owner not understand the meaning of customer service but is also very rude. She refused to give me water because she«just» happened to run out of cups. The food was also very poor. I couldn’t taste the tuna in my sandwich, because it barely had any. Not only did she run out of cups, she also ran out of spinach. I recommend this place if you enjoy eating bread with barely any veggies and no water.

Food is good as usual but they refuse to give you water, despite me telling them that it’s a legal requirement. I’ve been here 4 times already over a matter of weeks and they keep telling me that they don’t have water cups. I’m thirsty a hell.

This Subway doesn’t even deserve 1 star. While the owner was making my sandwich, she only put 5 leafs of spinach, 2 tomatoes, 2 pickles and 3 jalapenos on it(oh yea, I could count them, that’s how little she put). When I asked her if I could have more vegetables on my sandwich, she RUDELY commented, «Well I’m going to add a dollar for every vegetable you want extra of.» Then she actually grabbed a little cup and filled it up to measure it out exactly. I’m sorry, how is that«extra» to what you have put on my sandwich? There aren’t even any vegetables on there to begin with! This place is so stingy it’s not even worth it. And the restaurant isn’t even that clean. I ended up paying $ 9 for a 6″ turkey sandwich with almost no vegetables… I will never go to this subway again and will tell others how terrible it is. I have never been treated this way at the MANY Subways that I have gone to.

Went in to grab a quick bite and all was well. The place was pretty crowded, so I did have to wait a bit. I got my sandwich to go and I was actually surprised that by the time I went to eat it(~15min later) it was still hot! Not warm — HOT! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that at any other Subway before.

Other than the location(right off of I-95) and the ability to assemble the sandwich I can’t much ever recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I generally avoid this subway. The reason I even dared step foot in this place again(my previous experience was basically a mirror of the one I’m typing now; and that was years ago.) was due to a) having buy one get one coupons for subway and b) was on my way through errands. The first thing that struck me was the ridiculous pricing in this subway. $ 7 for an Italian BMT foot long and $ 5 for those small personal pizza’s. «Good thing I have these coupons» I thought. Oh how wrong I was because the guy behind the counter noticed the coupons in my hand and immediately dispelled that thought with«Sorry we don’t accept any coupons.» Talk about stingy place, at least the parking was free. Should’ve just left but my stomach was a bit too hungry for a walk to a more decent place. They at least ran through the two orders I made without much fuss, though they did vocalize their displeasure when a rush of lunch goers stormed into the place. At least the food was of subway quality(interpret that as you wish). But gouged pricing and no coupon honoring? Do your best to pass this place if you can.
