These people are a joke instead of a business. They should fire the whole staff and start from scratch. I called to ask when they closed and they answered at 5:45 pm. If you didn’t want to work or answer questions, it’s probably best not to answer the phone. These geniuses decided to answer. The staff person told me at 6 pm. I told them that I was on my way. I live just across the street on Biscayne Blvd/​1^st/​Flagler. I ran downstairs and arrived by 5:50 pm to find a CLOSED sign on the door. I called the main location on 4 E. 1^st to explain the situation. I was told to call on Monday to speak to the manager about the situation. When I asked the staff as they were pulling the gates down for their names. The older lady bullies up and starts screaming at me that she is the owner and provides her name. What owner sends money out the door? They walked away and went home. I ended up around the corner at the salon Hair Gallery Salon and Beauty Supply for a $ 75 purchase where they upcharged me and offered to schedule an appointment. I would recommend them for any of your haircare needs rather than Metro because they need to go home before their day ends.
