So walk in to the store. Guess it was a busy time because it was packed. There where only two employees so I thought that I would never leave. Took about 5 min but I was in and out got taking care and left with what I need. Two thumbs up for the great customer care.

Running out of vitamins, dragging, no energy, wondering why??? After my workout walked over to GNC, around the corner to get my much needed multi-vitamins. The store was a bit small but clean, organized and easy to find things. I was looking around for other products and no one was there to help for information on them. It looked like just the cashier was there and there were about six guests shopping. Grabbed my items and went to pay when the cashier offered me to buy some kind of protein powder. Unfortunately, I could barely understand her because her english was so poor. I did not have my gold card, have not been in a GNC in a very long time. So, she said I could purchase one for $ 10.00 so I said o.k. figuring I would be back, since it’s convenient. Got home and realized she charged me $ 15.00 for the gold card. Great now I am stuck with this card and probably will not get my money worth. Live and learn… I always check my receipt or watch cashier’s ringing me up but to much confusion in there so did not realize it until I got home. Guess, I will be shopping online for different product that I can probably get for 40% less. I must add she did seem friendly and courteous, just confused!
