Realtor Fernando Armante helped us find the perfect unit available that was within our budget and was honest in answering our questions regarding communities, etc. In addition, he is very professional and accommodated our schedule. He never once said «no» to seeing the same unit multiple times too! He is very familiar with the neighborhood which is a plus as we are relocating from west palm beach to Miami-​Dade and not familiar with the area. After finding our apartment & getting approved, he even reminded me to contact FPL for service. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to relocate to Miami-​Dade.

Daniele did an amazing job finding the perfect condo rental after only giving her a few days notice. I was relocating from Tampa to Miami to begin a new job and only had one day to look at properties. Daniele helped to make the process extremely easy and was always available to answer questions. She was professional but also made me feel that she had my best interest at heart. Fantastic!

I was looking for an apartment in Miami. They promised to help me, sent me listings, then left me hanging for days. Finally, Raphael gave me one of his associates, who helped me for a few hours one day, then left me hanging another day, then told me she was too busy. If they can’t make money off of you in one day, at their convenience, they will completely mess up your life.

Leo Padua at Miami Realty Solution Group is absolutely fantastic. I was moving from NJ to Florida looking for a 1 bedroom with a fabulous view of the ocean, bay or city skyline. Leo took the time to understand exactly what I wanted in my apartment/​condo and scheduled appointments at some absolutely fantastic places within my price range. He also took the time to explain the city, the layout of downtown Miami/​Brickell area and other tidbits that new residents of Florida need to know. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Leo and recommend his services highly. He is extremely nice and organized. I’m not recommending anybody else in this office except for Leo. You won’t be disappointed if you hire him as your rental or real estate agent.
