I have never in my life experienced such a long and drawn out process. I put my deposit down on April 30th and the job was not completed until May 20th. I had to call and follow-​up and push the process along. The customer service was very unprofessional — very slow at responding to emails or reading the emails I sent. To put the cherry on top — when the designer put the name on the boat they were missing a letter — smh! I will say this — the final product looked good — but not worth the headache.
